Came here because of bad weather and almost sliding off the road during an instant flood. The concept is pretty cool but a little confusing. I asked the cash register lady if I needed to wait or just seat myself for a table and she was pretty rude. My server was kind but the overall service was kind of slow. That being said I thought the food was really good. The key lime pie was great. Had a cookie crust with coconut in it. The Mexican pizza app was really tasty. 2 beers for the price of 1 happy hour was cool but they are 10 oz beers draft. I could have done without all the Jimmy Buffett music though. Overall a pretty good experience.

Decent food. We’ve been there many times. The last experience has left me leaving them 2 stars. We had a girl that all but forgot us. 2-for-1 wine. Had to ask 3x for the second glass. My husband had ice tea. She took his glass and forgot to bring it back. Food eas served more than 30 minutes after we ordered. Cold. Not sure when/if we will be back.

It saddens me to write these words. Burrito Brothers was one of my favorite spots in Jupiter BEFORE they supposedly got bigger and better. I’m bummed. I’ve eaten at the new location 4 times over the last 6 months and each experience is worse than the time before so I’ll be driving on by until the reviews peak my interest to return. We ate here Wednesday evening and it was not a good experience. The wait staff in the new location has always been sub-standard but the food brought the rating up. We were seated and we’re given requested water by the hostess that seated us. 11 minutes later we had one of the three servers stop by the table and ask if we needed a drink order. No… I’ve read the menu like I was stranded in a doctor’s office so I’m ready to go. She left when we said we were ready to order! She’d be right back. What? She came back and said she was sorry… she was busy. We had time to view the wait staff in action. One task at a time won’t work with three servers. When you walk by a table in your area take a look if they need water or a drink or are ready to order and help them. One water… go get pitcher… return pitcher across room… waste of time. Multi-tasking saves time and trips. The rush will be over and you can rest… counting bigger tips… The two other waiters walked by us at least 3 times each and no one made eye contact. What is their«system» for taking care of customers? Help each other a little. I had the meatloaf burger and my wife had the pulled BBQ pork sandwich. The pork was super dry… it used to be a reliable sandwich. This was my first time for the meatloaf burger… burned to a hard shellac finish on one side. Not tastey at all. Also dry. No excuse but near closing time I wouldn’t be so surprised but this was right at 6:30pm…the sweet spot for dinner. Come on. Like I said I used to eat at the old location once every 10 days and rave to my out of town guests. I’d be too worried to take people here now because they lost their passion for serving good food with the new location.
