The young local chef running this pop-up kitchen located in the prime tourist parking for Julian at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church at 5th and B St. on weekend days when the weather and tourist traffic allows. He has cut his chops working the famed southwestern and BBQ kitchens in San Antonio and now brings those culinary skills to san Diego’s north county area. Other venues that HCBBQ can be occasionally found is at ChuckAlek brewery in Ramona as well as other spots. The sandwiches are the bomb!
