Order food online I get a call and they tell me that they don’t have what I order so I say ok give me this instead
After a hour of waiting I call back ask about my order they then tell me I will have it in 10 mins
Then I am eating my food realize they didn’t give me my drink and so I call back they said it doesn’t come with a drink
So your telling me when I order online and chose what drink I wanted it doesn’t come with it
I just paid $ 2.99 more for nothing
Fuck this place
If I was you I wouldn’t go to this place

We ordered here for the first time yesterday. We ordered online… Very convenient. Pizza smelled incredible, maybe I was just overly hungry. It was about $ 20 all together for an 18 inch with half pepperoni, which I think is a decent price. Good amount of cheese. The sauce was very good!!! I hate sweet sauces like Aurelio’s or Nancy’s… Yuck! The crust was well done and crispy, even though we ordered a thick crust it was still relatively thin and crispy, fine with me. The cheese tasted fresh, a little on the greasy side but I suspect that was my fault for getting half pepperoni. Usually we get just cheese, so maybe that was the cause of the extra oil. Other than that. I feel like this is one of the better pizza we have ordered in the area. Very nice, friendly staff as well. We would definitely order again!

Had a taste for pizza tonight, first time ordering from here! The pizza was good half pepperoni and half sausage and pepperoni. Crust and sauce were good too, delivery was also in a timely fashion! So, if you crave good pizza give this place a try next, enjoy!

This place has wholly gone downhill. Real shame too. The pizza and service used to be good. Tonight was disappointing. I just ordered earlier in the week too. A chicken parm sandwich and hamburger. Neither stellar but not too bad. The pizza tonight. I am not happy with and I will never order here again. The bad service and the pizza don’t deserve a second chance.
For starters, I ordered a pizza with extra sausage. So after arriving late, the delivery driver pulls up with I’m assuming is his girlfriend in the car. They sit outside for a good five minutes or so before even attempting to make this delivery. He then calls and I go outside to meet him and he continues to sit there like he expected me to walk to his car and get it. Uh no. Not happening.
Anyway, I get the pizza and still give him a 5 buck tip. (Pizza was 20 bucks so not bad I think on top of their delivery charge)
Anyway, I open the pizza and was immediately disappointed. It was cold to begin with. Even the box was cold. Yes it’s cold outside but if you delivered on time without sitting in your car, maybe it would be a little hotter.
Not only cold but I had ordered double sausage. Um, double means double. There wasn’t even one piece of sausage per piece on this pizza! Are you serious?! So yes this sucks and I hope they get it together for other people. I don’t like to bash family owned small business but this is ridiculous. Never again Cabanas. Never again! I will never order not recommend this place to anyone. I’ll stick to jimanos. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but at least I know it’ll be what I want and edible.

This is the first negative review I have ever written. We placed an order here, that was over their minimum deliver charge. The manager called me to inform me that they would not deliver to us because, in his words, «it’s not worth it.» We are new to the area and normally place much larger orders, but I will never order from here after the customer service that I received this evening. Oh, did I mention that they also ran my credit card, so it’ll be 3 – 5 business days before I will see that.

Ordered a Chicago Style with meatball and pepperoni– Honestly the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Much better quality than P4U. The crust was nice and thin, but not cardboard-​like, and they did not skimp on the cheese. I can’t wait to try it again, it was chewy and delicious.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was awesome. I am from out of town and this pizza was great a medium pizza more than filled up two guys. The cheese is amazing and the meats are tasty!

Ordered my food via GrubHub food was delivered 30 minutes before GrubHuib said they would, that should be a good thing right. NOPE they delivered the wrong order, told them they took back the wrong order and NEVER came back to Deliver my order. Now I’m having to dispute the charge on my bank card because they didn’t even refund me.

I don’t think I can really write a solid review of this place because I have only had one experience and ordered something not too exciting. I have to say I was surprised they delivered to Lockport, it’s nice to find new places that deliver here. I had a hotdog and fries… the fries were awesome… the hotdog was giant, but strange tasting and looked like someone threw ketchup and onions at it. Also had fried zucchini and it was pretty good. Would love to try more and update my rating since they have such great reviews.

This place is right next to the Bel-​Air motel on Plainfield Rd. and the restaurant was well lit. We ordered a medium pizza. The mushrooms seemed canned, but the green peppers were fresh. The sausage was tasty and the toppings were generously proportioned. I opted for pick-​up to find the accurate place. Google maps was accurate. The dough was good on their regular pizza and the sauce was classic. I do not prefer a super sweet sauce, so I did like this pizza. I will order again from them, as it was also reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try other ingredients on this pizza! Worth ordering!

One of my new favorite local places! I haven’t tried anything that wasn’t good. Pizza wins over any other hands down. Sauce is amazing and crust is perfect texture. I highly recommend ordering their pastas. So far we’ve tried the lasagna and chicken alfredo and both exceeded our expectations. Pasta comes with salad and delicious garlic bread and was Enough for two maybe three meals. Cream of chicken florentine soup was awesome. If you reallllllly wanna make your tummy happy though, order the panzerotti (calzone)! You will thank me later. I typically order pepperoni and fresh garlic baked. It comes out streaming hot, melty, bigger than your head, and with a large cup of their ever so tasty red sauce. I’m salivating just writing about it! Online ordering makes it easy so do yourself a favor and go here!

Ok food. They sell pizza by the slice so it is convenient for a quick lunch. I didn’t like the meatball sandwich and the margarita pizza is bland. Haven’t tried the pasta yet. I do like the cheese pizza and the sausage pizza. Not the best I’ve had but good.

Great service. Nice fresh pizza. Fresh dough. Our home favorite is the margherita pizza! Fast delivery.

We ordered a margarita pizza and a sausage and cheese. Excellent pizza. It is light and not greasy. The crust has the perfect chew. The sausage is well seasoned, and the garlic is mellow and flavorful. Best of all, they deliver to my sketchy neighborhood. Will go back. New favorite pizza place.

Found this place on eatstreets when I was stuck at my mom’s house for the week. Definitely blew away any expectations I had this has to be the best pizza I’ve ever had hands down will be ordering every time I’m home to visit

The pizza and garlic bread are really good. They’ve got some of the best prices I’ve found in the area so far. Delivery was pretty fast with convenient online ordering.

WARNING. The map on the Unilocal app is wrong. It says Plainfield road, but takes you to EAST Plainfield road, a 40 mins away from what you want. go manually change it to West Plainfield road in your Nav. Same address otherwise. The east location street view showed Cabanas in a building that’s now «tacqueria lapalapa.»
I called the guy after driving so far out there to find nothing… He sounded like he felt really bad. When I finally got to the right location almost an hour after ordering, my food was all hot and ready– with an extra side of bruschetta slipped in! Nice move. The food was great too. I’ll be back.

I’m a die hard take out/​delivery person. I live and die on grubhub because I’m so busy sometimes I don’t even have time to talk on the phone to feed myself. This place is amazing! Best Pasta I’ve ever had, And I mean *EVER* The meat sauce had consistent pieces of meat, no grease in their red sauce, no grease in the cheese used on their pizza. I’ve found their food to be moist and flavorful without dripping with grease and fat! Also their portions are AMAZINGLY huge! I’ve gotten their calzone and had it as 3 meals. No lie! I actually ask them to bake it in two pieces now and they don’t have a problem doing it.
My only gripe, the pasta salad has tons of veggies that I don’t feel are cut in small enough pieces, but otherwise it’s really good!
