The food here is very good. I’ve tried pizza(big fan), calzones, fries, salad and sandwiches. Everything tastes fresh and the dough is very good. Prizes are average. I order there at least once a month. One of my favorite pizza places in Johnston.

Went with my girlfriend and our 4 collective kids on a Tuesday afternoon. Place was not busy at all. Ordered a small cheese and a few orders of fries. We wanted a quick lunch for the kids before swimming. The waitress was less than fabulous, she doubled as the register girl. No flatware, no napkins, no plates were given(she eventually brought plates but I got up and got the napkins myself because getting her to come over was like pulling teeth). Pizza took 35 minutes to cook, and the fries came after that. We ended up taking those to go because the kids were getting rowdy. So much for a fast lunch, we were there over an hour for a small pizza and fries! Unless this dude was making the dough to order there is no excuse for that, even freshly made pizza at other similar brick oven restaurants only takes 20 minutes. And why the heck did two orders of fries take 45 minutes? Pizza was tasty and the kids liked it, even the picky one… I can see how it’s popular, but this place is better suited for takeout. The fries were cooked medium and I prefer mine well done, but we got them for the kids. They werent super greasy and they held up to traveling to our final destination. They were bagged instead of a cardboard or Styrofoam carton which is great but it lessens the mushy fry factors. All in all I wont ever be back to dine in. But takeout I would consider. As long as I called with ample notice in case a pizza is going to take 35 minutes again.

Good pizza, relatively fast. The people who work here are very personable and it seems like a family business. Each week that I’ve been in there has been a «special» pizza on sale. Last time I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it was excellent. At the price of $ 15.99 for a large specialty pizza it’s also the best value around. Tried the BBQ Chicken, and although it was good(the sauce was very different) it still doesn’t beat Cuozzo’s BBQ Chicken which is right down the street.

We didn’t have pizza, but the wings were great… the jalepeno poppers seemed a little bland though, and the sweet potato fries weren’t fabulously crispy. That said, a decent place to grab a bite across from our motel(Skyview Motor Inn)
