A friend of my cousin found meal worms in the spare ribs. When the people complained the restaurant staff refused to take responsibility nor did they give them their meal for free… don’t waste your time or money.

Okay selection, okay taste, mediocre service, no one got sick. They didn’t charge us for our baby, even though we fed her a few things.

I was pretty skeptical when coming to this place because of all the bad reviews. However, I was extremely surprised by this place after coming in. The food is definitely not as bad as everyone made it out to be and there was a great selection. Sure, some of the stuff wasn’t great(the sushi especially) but there was plenty of stuff that was. They also have a nice hibachi chef who cooks fantastic food: definitely don’t miss it. The waiters were also very nice and collected plates/refilled drinks without being asked to. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and I would recommend to any of my friends.

Our biggest complaint is that up until recently the had clams on buffet. No more clams, no more bow tie shrimp, no more fried chicken wings. The manager, at least I think he is, is always on the phone and talking while he’s cashing you out! Instead of being friendly and asking how every thing was and thanking you for coming in.

i went here recently for the first time in over 10 years. i think the last time i went here was on my final day of high school. i dunno why i wrote it off, but when i went back it wasn’t nearly as bad as i remembered. there’s some stuff that was missing that i wish they had, like bbq spare ribs, and they only had spring rolls, no pork egg rolls, but maybe that was just because i went at lunch and not for dinner. they had general tsos chicken but not sesame chicken. the sauce was decent but there was a ton of it, the chicken was swimming in it and that ended up taking away from the crispiness of it. their coconut chicken was good but i think my favorite dish was the peanut chicken. their wings were ok, they didn’t serve them buffalo style, they had some sort of asian sauce on it and i like that they did that. desserts were standard, but i was pretty bummed that they didn’t have cones for their soft serve ice cream machine, only dishes. the service as decent and the price was good too, it will definitely be less than 10 years before my next visit.

Not good! Food was dried out and old. Not much selection and not one of the food dishes was good. Very disappointing!

The food went downhill fast and the manager… well don’t let me get started on that jerk. Between the food and him I haven’t and wont step foot in that place. Waiters are extremely lazy and I had to chase one down after not getting a drink for a half hour.

Lunch buffet included coconut chicken, Asian-style green beans, stuffed shrimp, lo mein, mei fun, shrimp chips, Mongolian bbq, among many other options, for less than $ 7. Clean and efficient service.

This is the worst buffet I’ve ever eaten in my life. I actually think i lost a couple years off my life after eating a meal here. It makes me wish a panda express was nearby so I could eat some higher quality chinese. DONOTCOME.

The buffet has a large variety of food and it’s quite good! The main reason we go here is to see CHEFFRANK at the Mongolian BBQ station. You get to choose the ingredients and he’ll stir fry it for you while you wait a couple minutes. Chef Frank is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and if you’re a regular at the restaurant, he’ll become a good friend!

This is my go to Chinese Buffet in the Binghamton Area. Always meets my expectations and more for a buffet. The sushi is actually pretty good most of the time and the food in general is usually hot and replaced quite often. What set’s this place apart is the Manchurian Barbeque. Custom made dishes for no extra cost and the chef there is usually very friendly and is very good at what he does. This place continues to be my go to place and I suggest this one more than any other in the area, so check it out!

This place is alright. It’s your typical Chinese buffet. Some food is greasy, some is overcooked. Some is highly questionable. I just stick with the lo mein, sushi and ice cream. It’s decent for a quick stop when hungry though.

The Great Chinese Buffet is not great. It is average to below in almost all categories, though service was fine for a buffet setting. When the fortune cookie is the most flavorful part of the meal, that’s trouble. Chinese Buffets all suffer from trying to do too much and keep it at a low price point. I would rather pay more for all you can eat and get higher quality. Sushi, which my friend had, «lacked something.» My guess would be it lacked freshness — it just looked dull. My friend will eat sushi anytime, anywhere, and left 2⁄3 of this on his plate. I had my typical plate from a chinese buffet — General Tso’s, Sesame Chicken, and the red glazed bbq variety. All were average, nothing I would go out of my way for, but not bad. The crab rangoon and potstickers were both well below average, which is dissapointing as these are staples in a good buffet. The potstickers were crusty and the crab rangoon tasted neither like crab nor cream cheese… either is acceptable. This was neither. The tea was also an exceptional disaster. Chinese restaurants should be able to make tea. The Pork Siu Mai, labelled simply«dim sum,» were quite good! And as I said, the fortune cookie actually closed things nicely… but that was inside a wrapper. If you are at this very busy freeway juncture(I-81/NY 17) and want Chinese that badly, then go, but know what you’re getting into. It’s low to average quality at low prices.

My suggestion is to steer clear. Everything tastes the same. Some things that are supposed to be hot are pretty cold in the center. That screams danger to me. The sushi selection has been siting out for a very long time. It’s huge and bright but upon closer inspection(sit down) the booths are not quality and are very, very far away from your table like it could accomodate three people in one seat. The soda is not mixed properly and is very watered down. It’s like ponderosa meets golden corral with a bastardized China twist. yuck.
