Have given this place numerous chances, they always seem to mess something up. Went today and will not be going back. Ordered all flat extra crispy wings; they were not all flat or crispy at all. French fries were undercooked and mozzarella sticks were burnt. Was given no ketchup, salt or pepper. Drinks went without refills. Never consistent-​French fries have been different every time I’ve been. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The beer selection is one of the better selections in the area and the only reason that two stars is even considered. Beware though, if you plan on sitting down for dinner you must get up from your table, walk inside, stand at the bar and read the menu off a tv behind the bar. The food is mediocre and the service is not much better. The atmosphere is pretty good however my recent experience will remind me to try to avoid Blind Tiger. I was trying to plan a birthday party for my girlfriend and reached out to the restaurant twice to inquire about reserving space and providing food and drinks for 20 people. Each time I called I was told that the manager was not in and would have to call me back. I waited 5 days before calling back after I did not get a response from my first attempt. When I mentioned during my second call that I hadn’t heard back from a previous inquiry I was told, «The manager has a lot to do and she might take a while to get back.» Now, I completely understand that it may take a day or two to get a call back, especially if the manager works during the evening or is off that day. But to not return two phone calls over a 10 day span is a clear sign that The Blind Tiger is not interested in earning business and expects people to continue to endorse their business even though they make no attempt to provide any type of customer service.
My recommendations:
1. Print your beer list on paper for people sitting down for dinner.
2. Hire people that smile and are polite.
3. Call people back.

3.5 stars because the outdoor patio provided an unexpectedly beautiful view of the sunset. Service ranged from helpful if not terribly friendly to downright sassy. Beers were decently priced, although one whole row of taps was dedicated to fruit beers so if that’s not your thing you might be disappointed by the selection. I did, however, get to try an alcoholic seltzer water which was the hidden gem of the night. Wait, I lied. Several of these seltzer waters were followed by a meat lovers pizza and chicken speidi pizza (for those of you not from the area ((don’t be ashamed I’m not from there either)) chicken speidis are basically glorified chunks of marinated chicken). The chicken speidi pizza was the clear winner of the night. Buttery, cheesy, with chunks of whole garlic cloves… oh man. Didn’t exactly look like the kind of place where you wanna bother getting food but… just do it. You won’t regret it.

Stopped by after work yesterday evening for dinner and drinks on the deck with two coworkers. The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes for my coworker to get a soda and only after we yelled the request again to the waitress as she was running by. It felt like we were inconveniencing her the entire time. The food took a very long time to arrive and it took 20 more minutes to just get a napkin. I ordered a burger medium and it came very well done and overcooked. It was dry and I bit into a few pieces so hard that I had to stop and check to see if I chipped a tooth or if it was the burger. My coworker had to wait so long for a napkin that the rest of her food became cold and soggy so she could not finish it. After some time our waitress ran up to the table, saw our semi empty plates and said «I’ll bring the check» and ran off. I had to scream after her «separate checks!». When she brought the check altogether I again asked her to separate them as we had cards and wanted to split the pitcher of beer. She told us she couldn’t separate the pitcher because she did not separate the checks (yea, that is the problem…) so my coworker paid for the beer because the waitress said «she was the one who ordered it». Finally, it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come back with our cards and we began to wonder what she was doing with our cards; we just wanted to leave but could not. I had intended to buy more drinks and dinner to go for my husband but the service and food was so bad I told him he was lucky I did not get him anything. I usually tip very well and could have sympathized if they were short staffed if anybody just showed us a little kindness.

Horrible. Shitty non existent service food sat in the kitchen and was not good. Had to go to the bar for drink refill and my check. Place sucks an not worth my time or money

Service is poor these days and the quality of food doesn’t over come that! Use to be MUCH better! Need to hire more, experienced staff! For a ‘beer bar’ no one ever seemed to know what’s on tap! Frustrating!

Ate here for lunch today and it was your typical bar food. All five of us ordered the buffalo chicken wraps or salad with different leveled of hotness. I had the mild which I thought was still a bit spicey but I cannot handle too much spice. I enjoyed the wrap but our waitress wasn’t very attentive. When she was around she was good and did a good job at taking our custom orders but she wasn’t as good at filling our waters since she wasn’t around as much.

Every time I go to this place it gets dirtier and dirtier. I don’t understand why they won’t just clean it up and remodel a little bit because they are always busy. Food is ok. I started going here 2 years ago and in that time I have seen this place really go downhill. Wait staff is all over the place. It seems like there’s new people working every time I go. They are one of the few places in binghamton that has outdoor seating and should take full advantage of this. The outdoor area is always disgusting. Tables are never cleaned off and there are spiderwebs everywhere.

Good food, great beer selection. The deck is a great asset. Always a good time!
Good place to watch football. Wait staff is down-​to-​earth and friendly. Food is consistently good – great for lunch, dinner and everything else.

Burgers too small and overdone beyond request consistently. They are not big-​juicy burgers. Which is what I’m looking for. They are medium size with a large bun. Took family in for burgers on a Sat afternoon and all four burgers were cooked well done by the same cook who is always there. Thought I would give it a try again last night, and almost same result which was medium, when I asked for medium rare. No sense in sending it back because:
A) they need to revamp the whole burger program
B) retrain on cooking to perfection.

This is a nice place with a great atmosphere but they need to teach their waitresses how to do their jobs. We brought our friends here and the waitress forgot an order and brought us something else. When we told her about the mistake she just asked «ok so do you want me to take this away then?» Hmm lets see, yes. We then waited another 20 minutes for our order and she messed it up again! She also didn’t have a slight idea about the beer selection. She just said all the beers are written up on the board and to get up and look. Oh ok thank you –_–

The first time we went here, we swear it was a rat turd we saw on the bar top. Tried to give it another chance since we like bars with a good selection of craft beer. Thee food isn’t the best, just typical bar food and the wings are over sauced. A lot of people like this place, but ever since that first experience with an unknown dropping, I’ve never been excited to go back. I go to Food and Fire for good food and beer.

Don’t waste your time going here. Stopped by last night and had the worst service I’ve ever had while dining out. Took over 10 minutes just for the waitress to come back after she brought us menus. Finally ordered drinks and an appetizer of chips and salsa. never even brought us the drinks we ordered, brought us water when the app finally came 15 min later. I had to walk inside just to get the beer that I actually ordered. My burger came out dry and well done, I asked for it to be a nice juicy medium. Never saw our waitress after she dropped the meals.
Some staff they have working there now. What happened to all your awesome and friendly servers?

The food at Blind Tigers is decent but nothing special. It’s your average pizza and wings place in this area. The real appeal of the Blind Tiger is the outdoor space that they have. They have a huge deck in the front and have wrapped it around even taken it to the side of the building now complete with an outdoor bar. This place is an awesome spot to spend a warm day or night sitting outside getting some drinks and food. Service depends on the night but is usually adequate.

Nice clean bar with good service. Cool outdoor deck during warmer seasons. Try the food, very good.

Stopped in with our family, 6 of us. Sat down at tables. Didn’t see any signs saying don’t sit in this area. Tables had salt, pepper, and ketchup. Employees occasionally stared at us with looks of disdain. We sat there feeling uncomfortable and just wished someone might tell us if we were not welcome or something. Then, finally gave up and left. Have lived in the area for decades and somehow had never gone here to eat. We were kind of excited to try it out. Lots of other people seemed to be getting served and saw other kids there. Not sure what we did wrong. Will try again in another 20 years.

A random find on our way back to NYC from Buffalo. Such nice people, great atmosphere, fantastic draft selection, yummy food. This will definitely be our rest stop on our frequent travels. :)

This is a great destination especially in the summer time when you can eat out of the deck! very good pizza and very good wings and when the band is playing and the beer is flowing… you’re sure to have a good time!

Great bar. Excellent beer list. Good food. And the deck in spring and summer is a great place to hang out.

All the bartenders and wait staff were super friendly. I like a bar where you only have to say your name once and everybody remembers.
Chili was ok and the chicken tenders were fair, average bar food. Had a great $ 3 beer special. But what makes this four stars was the live music. There was a guy performing the blues. I love the blues. That along with the customer service bumps this place up from a three to a four.
