Smiles of Johns Creek

I think the thing that sets Smiles of Johns Creek apart from other dentists offices is their concern for their patients — and not just when you’re in the chair.
Throughout my entire procedure, both the hygenist and Dr. Bae checked to make sure I was okay, multiple times. Whenever they were about to do something that might be sensitive or painful, they were very clear about what was happening and would be sure I was handling it. I was never in any pain, but more importantly, I was never worried about a surprise drill-​attack!
What really amazed me, though, was the follow-​up care. I’m so used to the dentist being done with me when I walk out the door, and expecting that I’ll call if I need anything, but they followed up with me. The personal touch really makes you feel cared for.
As a bonus, the staff is great. Paula has the patience of a saint and will really help explain the nitty-​gritty of your bill (which was great for me and my whacky insurance), and the whole office gets along really well together.

Yes I’m the guy completely terrified of the «Dentist». The team at Smiles @ Johns Creek are the absolute best I’ve ever experienced in my Life. I can honestly say I’m no longer in fear of some major dental work. Paula is so much more than An employee she coached me through the whole process making my worst and only fear an amazing experience. A triple surgical extraction and I didn’t even know they were removed untill I was told. Remember the name Grace Bae and Smiles dentistry @ Johns Creek. Taking care of someone is just basic compared to this amazing team and the ability to go far beyond basic. They care !!!

Hands down the best dentistry that I’ve been to. The staff is pleasant, professional, and personable. While getting my teeth cleaned the young lady kept asking me if I was comfortable and «are you ok?» I highly recommend Dr. Bae and her staff at Smiles Johns Creek!!!
