This practice, from the staff to the Doctors, are the best OB/GYN’s I have ever had. I first came for a lump in my breast. They quickly dealt with it and Dr. Kasperek actually called me personally to check and go over my results. She also followed up with Johns Creek Mammography for me to make sure nothing was missed.
I just recently had my third baby and continued to receive the best prenatal care from Dr. K and Dr. Rao. I had severe bleeding early on in the pregnancy and they were there every step of the way to make sure I didn’t lose, my now, beautiful daughter.
Delivery by Dr. Rao through C-​Section, and she actually made sure that I got to touch my baby and see her first (big deal when most Doctors pass them to the nurses and you don’t see or touch baby for a few minutes after delivery). Dr. Rao’s comment «you carried and nourished the baby for 9 months, you should be the first to see and touch her».
The things that I loved about this practice, that you may want to know before you choose your next OB/​GYN office:
–delivers and contracted to both Northside and Johns Creek Emory (loved Johns Creek Emory Hospital)
–billing was fair and very upfront from the beginning and they did a lot of leg work with my insurance
–nurses were so understanding and some of my less than logical questions, were met with knowledge and understanding, not viewed as an imposition
–easy to make appointments with all Doctors and in office ultrasounds
–wonderful bedside manner! Never felt uncomfortable asking questions, they always asked great follow up questions to make sure I understood, and tailored their responses to how my husband and I were understanding the situation. Explained procedures and tests thoroughly and I felt in control of my healthcare. Very personable!
–I had full confidence that if anything went wrong, that they would make the best medical decisions to make sure that me and my baby would be healthy and safe
