The whitefish salad is old and its not my first experience. Very disappointed

Freshly Baked Bagels Every Day, Good to call in ahead of time to see what’s straight out of the oven for the bagels. Have a variety of different breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and offer a wide variety of options of meats and Various items for the bakery to put on any bagel or bread. Have over 10 different types of bagels, And Also Have a wide variety of cheesy bagels That Are really good to try. But try to come early before they run out. There deli meats and wide selection of cream cheeses that are always a really good way to add something new to your meal. The staff is really great and any issue can always be solved with a little time and patience. Altough it may get very busy during certain hours it is worth it to wait and see what is coming to your plate. There is also a Starbucks Coffee next door Wichita comes in handy like the park right across the street to spend a good time there.

I relocated to the Atlanta area from the NYC area five years ago. Initially I discovered the Goldberg’s in Buckhead and thought well, this is what I will have to live with. I recently read a review of Brooklyn Bagels and noted it to try when I was in the area. Am I glad I did! — finally, bagels that remind me of home. The right flavors, the right degree of chewiness — someone knows what they’re doing. I will be making periodic trips to stock up.

Been getting bagels here for over 5 years now! Cannot find anywhere else around that serves a fluffier bagel then here. If I stay or am on the go I usually get the bacon egg and cheese bagel. Most of the time I will just grab 6 to a dozen and take them home! Delicious and even when there is a long line it wont be long because their service is quick. I love this place and nothing beats a new york bagel in the morning for breakfast!

All I can say is so so good!!! The service was friendly, the bagels are the first we’ve found that were this delicious in GA. Being from the northeast that is hard to accomplish! So glad we found this place, we will definitely be back!

Noticed I have been overcharged during my last visit(Instead of $ 3 charged $ 10!) Requested Owner to fix the issue but sadly he was not willing to although he understood there was mistake with the excuse its few days old. I would not purchase here again — owner not honest. And if you do double check they not ripping you off.

Great selection of bagels, spreads, packages of lox and other fish, sweets, etc. caveat: It is literally slammed on the weekend mornings.

Beware! Horrible customer service. Staff is rude. The manager was YELLING at us and mocking us when we politely told him that the girl had already taken our order, but he bursted out screaming we have to repeat all the positions of the order again at checkout. We turned around and left. Go to this place if you want your breakfast and the mood screwed up.

Best bagel in ATL. Before I go to work, every other day I need to stop by here. They never let me down of their fresh bagel. I love it. And friendly staff.

I lived in NYC for nearly 10 years and can honestly say that it is very difficult to find a decent bagel outside of NY/NJ. It is no joke. This place lives up to its name — the Brooklyn Bagel Bakery Deli serves up the freshest, tastiest bagels I have had since moving away from NYC a little over 3 years ago. I’ve been several times already and no matter what kind of bagel I get, it is YUMMY! Blueberry bagels are hard to beat. An egg bagel with egg & cheese is also super good on a chilly morning. My dad had their bagel & lox(aka salmon) and loved it. There is a Starbucks next door — very easy to grab that coffee and bagel to get the day started right! The service is great — everyone behind the counter is great. This place gets crowded — so be prepared. You won’t be disappointed. Bön appetit!

This is our go to bagel place. My partner is from NY and she also loves it. I am in love with the new flavors they have there, I have been getting the spinach and artichoke bagel and man, it is GOOD! I am not a coffee drinker but the coffee there is better than Starbucks IMO. The fountain drinks are even delicious, they have a lot of carbonation in them. Eat here, you wont be disappointed! This place is hopping since the new owners took over several yrs ago.

After eating bagels in New York, I have to say that this spot is right on par with the well know nyc bagel. These bagels are absolutely incredible and service is fast. The asiago cheese bagel i got this morning was loaded with fresh baked Asiago. It was phenomenal and I can’t say enough good about this place!

This place has authentic bagels… and I mean really good ones! I really like salt bagels… and BBB has a very good one… pair it with the Scallion Schmear… and you have a fantastic breakfast! Wifey went with me… and she enjoyed their Power Bagel… she said it is slightly sweet, but really good! Also, they have good brewed iced tea… which is a major plus… as I need my tea in the morning to get my caffeine fix!

Some of the better bagels I’ve had since leaving the NE, and I always enjoy good deli pickles. Was disappointed though when I asked the lady at the register if their chicken salad was shredded or cubed and was lead astray. I purchased a half pound after being told it was shredded, only to get home and find it was cubed. So, for those curious, the chicken salad was not shredded, it’s cubed.

This is the best bagel I’ve had in the Atlanta area. Granted I haven’t had bagels at EVERY Atlanta bagel institution, but I’ve had a fair few and these are awesome! Food: Everything Bagel: Overall their bagels are fantastic and do in fact remind me of bagels I had in NYC. The everything bagel is awesome not only cuz they put a lot of flavor on it, but also because they don’t just have the«everything» on the top of the bagel. I often eat half a bagel and I can’t tell you how many times I end up eating everything on the top and basically plain on the bottom. Not cool. Multi-Grain Bagel: Again, like the everything bagel it was uniformly seasoned and an all around awesome bagel. Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bagel: Damn good breakfast bagel sandwich. The most impressive thing was that they knew how to use salt appropriately. So many times I either get a bland sandwich or it’s so salty I need a liter of water to get through it. Chopped Liver: I took a small container of this to go. It is good, but a bit too sweet for my taste. Then again we can add this to my list of «proof that southerners have the biggest sweet tooth ever». Lox Spread: LOVED this and wish I’d gotten more than just a small container. So sick of getting lox spread where you have little tiny pieces of lox you can barely see. Not here, there was some serious lox flavor and huge chunks of lox in the spread. Omnomnom. Coffee: Ok, I love coffee, it’s a serious problem/joy, and I’m usually a total snob about it(sorry, I just can’t help it) however this place has two things which made me love them and yet hate myself for doing so. 1. Hazelnut coffee. It’s such crap, yet so amazing and here, they have the best of the junk, aka, they make it as trashy as I like it. I view my love of this kind of coffee the same way I view my love of Taco Bell/McDonalds. I know it’s not really food, but I love it for what it is, total, delicious junk. Same goes for hazelnut coffee, it’s not really coffee, it’s dirty tap water, but it’s so good. 2. The coffee sizes are just ridiculously huge. Their small is like 16 ounces with free refills! Also, their large is a 32oz cup, and you get free refills on it as well!(What?!!) I didn’t order the large(there were children watching) but I gotta tell you, I felt a bit wrong drinking the small coffee(no I didn’t get refills, again, there were children present, mine included) Ambiance/Service: It felt like a deli and I have fond memories of deli’s. See, my dad spent part of his youth in NYC. So, while I didn’t grow up there, he talked about them a lot and kept taking us to deli’s in whichever city we were living in. When we went to NYC I think he took us to a deli a couple times a day. Sufficed to say, I got a lot of happy memories of my dad and delis. Since he’s not with us anymore seeing a good deli makes me happy and nostalgic. Service was actually quite good for a deli. You order the food at the counter, they bring it to your table and they get the order right. They aren’t overly friendly, but if you’re trying to be a NY deli, being overly friendly would kind of kill the mood.

Have eaten here a couple of times and ordered the same thing every time. Their bagel in lux is delicious and perfectly prepared. I did have a mix-up with them giving my bagel to somebody else, and think they need a name system when taking orders. That would bump my review up a star. Haven’t tried anything else yet but I recommend them!

It took me 10+ years to finally start eating at the Brooklen Bagel Company. I dunno what I was thinking waiting so long. It’s good. 1st star — Feels like a deli BBC is at the end of the Publix shopping center at Haynes Bridge Road and Old Alabama Road. Parking is gonna be a fight between patrons of the deli, the dry cleaner and the Starbucks. Inside, you’ll find a few booths, 3 – 4 high top chairs and the counter. Not room for much else. When it’s busy, it’s cramped. The line circles almost to the door. It feels like good things are happening here. Good things on bagels. 2nd star — Flexible menu for breakfast or lunch First, it’s a bagel company. Somewhere in the ordering process, you will get a bagel as part of your selected menu item. I honestly haven’t looked enough to know if there are bagel-less things to choose from on the menu. Just accept this as part of the convenant you agree to dining at BBC. Second, the menu looks limited — don’t let it hem you in. I always do, but I don’t eat bagels by themselves. I hear people ordering all manner of breakfast bagel and/or lunch bagel combination that aren’t even listed on the menu. From what I gather, BBC is ready to serve, regardless of nuances. Me? I’ve basically stuck to ordering what’s on the chalkboard. 3rd and 4th stars — Value for your money The scramblers are my weekend breakfast thing now. I get the highline — cheese, eggs, bacon, sausage and ham. It’s pricey at $ 12 for breakfast, but… …it’s huge. At least 3 – 4 eggs total. The scramble fills a disposable paper basket. Plus, you get a cup of fresh fruit AND a bagel with your choice of schmear. Not bad. The $ 10 lunch sandwiches aren’t bad either, though the one time I got a Reuben it kinda fell apart before I could get through ½ of it. T’was good, regardless. With a drink, lunch or breakfast here is going to be about $ 12. Less if you’re just getting a bagel sandwich and a coffee. Reserved 5th star — Holding for update and better wifi Overall, I think BBC is a great«new to me» breakfast and lunch spot. When it’s not crowded, though, do like to work there. That’s my only beef — I think they tinker with their free wifi too much. If I work 1 – 2 hours from their while I leisurely eat and drink, I’d like for the wifi to last that long. Esp. since, by mid-morning, the place isn’t full anymore. So much quieter than the Starbucks neighbor. I’ll keep trying new menu items and experimenting regardless of connectivity. You should give them try too.
