Taco Bell

I had to pinch myself after I finished my chalupa to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. Surly this can’t be from the same chain that that famously gave me food poising when I visited one of their locations at the airport (worst place to get food poisoning btw, missed my flight to Omaha).
The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there too! Not something you can say about a lot of fast food restaurants (my father worked as a cashier at Long John Silvers for forty year to put his three kids though college and hated every minute of it)!
I will absolutely be back! Heck I might start a family just so we can make Sunday bunch after church a family tradition lolz!

The service here is dead slow. They seriously need to hire more people here. I am waiting here for 25 minutes for an order pick up and they blame it on new staff. Why can’t they at least train their staff properly?

Folks often approach me and ask why I review fast food establishments. Well, some of us have a guilty pleasure of occasionally craving fast food, and for me, Taco Bell is one such occasional crave.
When reviewing a chain such as Taco Bell, one needs to compare it to others in the same area. I have to say that this particular location has particularly fresh food, thanks to its high turnover likely due to its proximity to the «Central Business District» of Jersey City’s Journal Square neighborhood.
Service is notably just about always with a smile at this branch, even for especially difficult customers sometimes characteristic of the Journal Square area who have a false sense of entitlement.
To the previous reviewer who had complained about wait times, it is true that you will wait at least five minutes for your order especially during peak times. I would rather the staff take their time and not attempt to rush orders as such behavior often leads to mistakes.
Despite all of these positives, this branch loses a ½ star due to its lack of inventory. My last three visits have been marred by the restaurant not having adequate supplies of basic ingredients such as the flatbreads for the chalupas or wraps for the burritos.
Journal Square typically has subpar fast food, but this restaurant is certainly an exception. If you like Taco Bell or have never tried it, this location is the one that you should visit.

This taco bell is the fuckin shit. best taco bells ever. ummmmmmmmmm, the food was good. i ate it. and i liked it. good food, indeed. the drink/​beverage was also noticeably good. It tasted like bleach. Good shit. Service was prompt and reasonable, in spite of what that other shithead said in his review. i dont know what his problem is. is it good food? bc if my problem was good food, id give this taco bell a bad review, also. anyway,

The food is good. The wait time is horrible. U wait 4 ever & the management are good. It’s the owners of the this Taco Bell.

How do you push a new breakfast menu and run out of eggs at10:30 on a Monday morning? Then say it would be a waste to make more! Last time going there!!!
