Yes, it’s an outdoor rink. They have a roof but the sides are open to the elements. My son’s team face off was at 7am on a cold december morning it had to be 20 degrees. The game started in darkness but as the game progress the morning sun shine through the openings on the side. It was an image to behold, the ice surface turned to snow due to the cold. No Zamboni inbetween periods, the kids had a blast. I enjoy the rink a nice place for the community.
