Average to poor pizza. Blah Baked wings. Store creates lots of litter. Even sticks flyers on parking meters. Only if starving late when nothing else is open.

I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered a pizza, just one, took over an hour and I never received it, I called them to find out where it was and the rude gentleman on the phone, told me they called me 5 times, which is a lie and they voided the order. They never called me my phone never rang and the front door of my building wss open. Oh did I mention I lived ACROSSTHESTREET!!! I wish I could give them no stars because of the sheer laziness of the worthless employees they have.

I am still waiting for my pizza 45 minutes later… Outrageous. And the man behind the counter is on his cell phone. I will NEVER come here again. Update– I received my pizza after 50 minutes and it is completely black and burnt.

Every other time we order from there the experience is terrible. And they never apologize or even remotely try to make up for their mistakes and poor customer service. This time delivery took 90 mins instead of the 30 – 40 min estimate and we had to call to get an update with them saying the food is on the way… took another 40 mins. Clearly someone missed the order. This place is terrible and Papa Johns has really gone downhill.

It was the middle of the night, my boyfriend and I were hungry and decided to see if there were any places open. Luckily Papa John was and the cashier Derrick was super nice and even with 15 before closing he was so amicable and allowed us to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza which arrived in 20 minutes. It was super hot and very tasty couldn’t have asked for better service considering the time

I ordered online so I could quickly pick up because of a school deadline and when I got there it was all wrong. I asked how long it would take and they said 20 min but with 8 people standing around, no one would start to make my new pizza. I had to repeatedly ask that they start it quickly because I’m in a rush. Worst customer service I’ve ever received in the heights. Never again.

This review is really for the online ordering. We order here once in a while for delivery when my wife doesn’t want to cook. We have never had any issues with our orders, the delivery people have all been very nice and have even called from their car on rainy/snowy days so we can come to the door. My wife also signed up for the Papa John’s rewards program and it seems we are getting a free pizza pretty quickly(after getting to 25 points). For Yankees fans, they have a promo that when the Yankees win with 6 or more runs you get 50% off your entire order the next day by using the promo code YANKEES6 online. Needless to say, the way the Yankees are playing we haven’t had a chance to take advantage of this promo much. :)

Your typical Papa John’s restaurant — they have what most others have, although I was surprised to learn this restaurant has Pepsi products(the ones in California have Coca-Cola, but it doesn’t matter to me). Your experience really will start with who you get on the phone(I live in the delivery area, but my house is so new that the online ordering won’t recognize the address). Within the first two minutes, you can tell if your order is going to be seamless or a headache. The past few times, I’ve gotten people on the phone that take quite a while to input my order into their computer. At least it seems that way. For all I know they could be juggling multiple things at once. I feel bad for them if that’s the case. Otherwise, it just comes across as if they’re not too familiar with the register. That, however, is fine by me – they’ve never messed up my order, and usually they’re willing to offer me one of their deals or specials instead of full price, so as far as I’m concerned, they can take all the time they want. Delivery is pretty quick, considering I don’t live in the town where the restaurant is. I’ve never found myself waiting too long for an order. The drivers will sometimes get confused about where I live, but that’s normal — I was confused the first few weeks I lived here too. The food is pretty warm by the time it gets here. It’s not piping hot from the oven, but again, given where I live and the distance they have to drive, I don’t really expect that. The food quality is decent. If you know what a Papa John’s pizza is supposed to taste like, that’s what you’ll get from here. Don’t expect gourmet, don’t expect them to go the extra mile or make your pizza with love. They don’t have time for that — they’ve got a lot of customers to serve. To recap: Want a pizza? Want 10 pizzas? Want it cheap? Want it delivered to you? Papa John’s is a safe bet.

Doesn’t get worse than this! When I ordered a pizza from them a few months back, I used my credit card. When the delivery man arrived(who did not speak any English) he asked for cash. We told him we paid by credit card when we ordered but he just said no! Luckily I wiped out my iPad and showed him the charge to my card! Long story short we got the manager on the phone who argued with us saying we were lying and that if he found out we were lying we would have to give the pizza back! Who says that? Turns out the person who took our credit card on the phone charged us the WRONG amount and to another papa johns location. WTF? Their regional manager called mocking us saying«do I have to beg for forgiveness? What can I do to make it better?» We didn’t order for MONTHS after that but today we really wanted papa johns. So we gambled, ordered and LOST! The guy on the phone was so rude, rushing us off the phone and when delivery guy showed up he was missing items from our order. On top of that the pizza wasn’t even sliced and the two peppers were melded into the pizza itself. Shame on me for ordering again!

Rude.obnoxious.slow…order never comes out right even when I order online… what else can I tell you? This is NOTFAST food. it’s slow and it isn’t done to the way you want it… a waste of time & money sadly enough and certainly not unique where it would be missed.
