I was referred here when my normal dentist was unable to handle my curved root. Dr. Richard Baer is a kind, gentle man who genuinely loves his craft and is fantastically good at it. I have an irrational fear of dentists, so I’ve been quite apprehensive about this entire process. From walking in to walking out, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Pricing is quite reasonable (his charge for the procedure was less than the regular dentist tried to charge me before she realized that she couldnt actually finish it). They seem to take most kinds of insurance and out-​of-​pocket payments.
The woman at the front desk is so kind and is great at getting you to crack a smile. Dr. Baer was cracking me up with jokes and promised not to laugh when I drooled everywhere. He made sure to show me the x-​rays, explain things, and definitely made me feel informed before the process began. He also talked me through the «come-​down» from the novocaine and told me when to take advil to help with any potential pain.
As I was leaving, he gave me a grin and a handshake and said he hopes he’ll never see me again with a laugh. If I ever have to have this procedure again, he’ll be my first stop.

I’ve been in to see Dr. Pascal for several root canals. Although the idea of a root canal is quite nerve-​wrecking, Dr. Pascal and his staff have always been very comforting. The office manager is sweet and funny and the office assistants are soothing. Overall, every experience has been quite tranquil. It may be strange to associate a «root canal» with tranquility, but with the professionalism and understanding felt at that office, it’s pretty darn close.
