I’ve been eating here for years, since they’ve been open in fact. So, believe me when I say; I can not recommend this place enough to you reader. The food is surprisingly top notch and it feeds all of your needs with a complex verity of flavors while at the same time it’s extremely consistent. In my experience that takes real skill. Freshness has never been a issue. I work from home often and when I got a tight deadline it’s one of El Gallo De Oro’s sandwiches fueling me while I’m powering my way through one of my projects.

This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. I love it. the only thing I wish they would have is free chips n salsa like an original Mexican restaurant. But other then that is wonderful..

I LOVE IT! Love that they kept REAL Mexican root, in the setting and food! Cheap, delicious and i want more. There isnt a lot of parking but the food is great! Very smart for a Mexican place on Ocean! Ive fallen in love and its awesome. Enchiladas Verde de pollo are literally perfection!

Wow, I can not believe this place exist on Ocean ave. It was great food, great people, and I did not have to take out money from my IRA to pay for it. I will be back for sure, they also deliver. The owners were cool and friendly and ever thing was just delicious. The only negative they had no music just the soccer game on.
