Domino’s Pizza

U guys suck. had to wait 2 hrs for my pizza. girl on the phone was real ditzy
Lying about checking on the delivery… and after they made my food free I had to wait another hr. all they did was put me on hold and never clicked back over. and the pizza was warm. repeatedly checking for on the tracker saying dig. dig in to what. my food didn’t even get here yet. smg

I have ordered 3 times from them since I moved into my apartment on ³⁄₁₆. Today is ³⁄₃₁. I am not sure you want to piss off someone who orders 3 dinners from you in about 2 weeks.
The first time the pizza was great and the delivery driver came up to my apartment in the elevator with no problem.
The second time a different driver called me three times before I had to send my brother downstairs to get it while the driver sat in his car, not doing his job.
The third time, today, he called me twice before I answered and argued with me about bringing the pizza up to me and doing his job. Then called twice after that to try to make me come downstairs and get it from his car.
If I wanted to leave my house I would just go to the actual store and pick it up.
Not only this, but I call the location to complain and I am first told that it is the way the system is set up in, that the driver calls and the person ordering comes down and gets it. NOBODY has ever told me this with any other Dominos or delivery company. Then she tells me that she is sorry and she is wrong and that was all I get, barely an apology.
I will not order from these guys EVER again, and I suggest you don’t either.

Currently, It’s been almost an hour while I’m waiting for my pizza. Usually, I’m patient when it happens once in a blue moon. However, this is the 3^rd time in a row of this Domino’s just failing again. The first time I ordered from this place, the delivery was taking so long as there was the wrong order of pizza. The second time, as the Tracker said, it’s on it’s way to be delivered, it still took longer than average time to deliver. The third time, currently, is now I’m waiting almost an hour now for the tracker to say the pizza is on it’s way for Delivery. It’s been out of the oven since 9:02 pm. Now it’s 9:42 pm. As far as I know, it always take 20 mins max for pizza to be done and set up to be delivered. The service here is just sad. It really is. Even when i called about my last delivery, the employee told me to hold on and there was no answer. To be honest, I hope this Dominos fail just to show how people should actually do their job correctly.

I am very upset with how my ordering experience went today. I placed an order through the online ordering app as I have many times before without issue. But today when I received a call from my delivery driver he hung up before confirming he was here. I tried calling him back, but headed downstairs anyways to wait at the front door. After 20 minutes of waiting and calling him with no response he finally picked up and informed me he had gone back to the store. His assistant manager then got on the phone and told me that they had cancelled my order because I had not answered. When informed her that I had been, and still was waiting at the front door she reluctantly said she would send him back out. So I waited for another 10 minutes, and received a call saying he was there. I told him I was standing at the front door, he then hung up on me so I waited 5 more minutes. When he still hadn’t come to the door, I called him again and asked if he was at the correct building. He said yes, and yet still came walking from a different building up the block. When he reached me he continued to blame me for his error. If that wasn’t all bad enough, when I opened the box the pizza inside was just thrown around. I have never had such poor service in my entire life. I am beyond disappointed.

This is my worst ever experience with Dominos. Your team ruined my valentine dinner. I ordered a veggie pizza and I got a pizza with slice of sausage. When I called the dominos the lady over the phone was impolite and rude. First she said the system are down and should call back after one hour. Really to let ur team know that order has issues I should wait for a hour. She took the reorder but the pizza was not delivered for next one hour. When I called for a follow up I got to know she took my order as carry out. Really such unprofessional behavior. Still waiting for pizza nearly 3 hrs since my order was placed.

Worst place ever! Ordered a Chicken and spinach pizza and look at what these idiots gave me. The cheese is only in the center and not to mention the 3 spinach leaves they sprinkled on my «chicken and SPINACH Pizza»!!! The employees are so ghetto and always arguing in Arabic– great customer service guys!!!

I wish I could zero star. 3 times a row and they did not put sauce on my pizza. When I asked for replaced they gave me free but it seems they put the sauce out of anger by pizza dipped in hot sauce.

I will never order from this location again. Today I ordered cheesy bread with extra sauce on the side. Extra sauce that I had to pay for. The delivery driver gets to my house with 1 sauce after I paid for 4. The driver tried to tell me that i didnt order more sauce and i had to pull up my order in my email on my phone. I was nice enough to give a tip and he said he would be back with my sauce in 20 minutes. That was at 5:45pm. He never showed up. I called the location at 7:17pm and was told that they would send the driver back around. It is now 10:10pm and nothing. The issue is that I’m charge for extra sauce, so I expect it. That was $ 1.50 that could’ve stayed in my pocket. For that service I would’ve never given him a tip, so I’m out that money too. I’ll never order from dominos again. Obviously they do not value their customers business.

Domino’s pizza is Great. The recipe flawless. Unfortunately, this particular Domino’s has the worst customer service! ! Rude. God forbid i ask for crushed peppers and napkins. .the attitude. not every who orders from here is ghetto. Treat clientele respectfully. If im civil and educated. i expect the same in return. The eyerolls. sighs and dirty looks need to stop… wow.smh.

I moved from Brooklyn New York 2 years ago and I live in Jersey City I ordered from this Domino’s about six times within two years they’re pretty good never messed up my order

We got veggie pizzas and under it came out pepperonies. Im sorry but im vegetarian. And after this i will not be ordering from the communipaw dominoes again. WORST ORDER MADE. HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO GET PEPPERONI IN A VEGETARIAN PIZZA. NEVER AGAIN.

This dominos wasn’t the friendliest when I first moved here 3 years ago, however I believe they have new staff and now customer service seems to be high on there to do list. The few times my order was messed up, they offered me alternatives to satisfy me. I must say I have had no trouble with my orders for the past 7 months. The last 4 orders I’ve made were exceptionally perfect !

I’ve always had good experiences ordering from this spot… I always receive my order between 30~45 mins… They’re food is consistent and is always hot when it gets to my house…
When it comes to office lunch it’s pretty awesome they have a gluten-​free option and they deliver inside the building AND to my actual office… It urks me when im at work and i have to go outside to pick up the food… its not that im lazy, it’s really the principle…
I use to be all about papa john’s buuut they’re pizza crust always tastes semi-​raw and pizza hut takes like 75~90 for delivery and just overall salty to me…

I am furious! This is the worst pizza place ever. I ordered online and waited for an hour. No phone call, no doorbell. Online it says it was delivered. I call to ask what happened and the manager says that the pizza was attempted to be delivered but no one answered the door or the phone. I was by my phone for the entire time. No one called me. I wrote specific instructions online to ring the second doorbell and no one rang my bell at all. The horrible manager, Samer, kept insisting that it was my fault for not answering the several attempts that were made to call my phone. This is ridiculous. This pizza place just lies. Samer is a horrible manager. He did not even attempt to rectify the situation. He just kept saying that unfortunately they are very busy and asked if I wanted another pizza. I have never been so furious over any place in my entire life. Never order from here.

LITERALLY THE WORST. Delivery takes at least an hour or more. They NEVER remember the sauces even though you have to pay extra for them. They clearly don’t one bit about their customers.
The delivery staff needs a serious overhaul.

All was on point up to the moment I opened the pizza boxes… The cheese had melted over onto the cardboard. Called and asked for two other pies (celebrating my son’s birthday), almost an hour later and yes the pizzas are here. I tried givimg back the messed up pizzas and the driver said no that was ok to keep them («nobody cares») and in all honesty, I believe he was not being rude but, just honest… What a shame!

We order from here when we get lazy. But HOLY CRAP. Their staff is so dumb.
Last time I ordered carry out. I went to go pick up my large Brooklyn style pepperoni and bacon pizza. When I got to the store it was fairly busy. I tell the girl my name and she repeats my order. And asks me if that’s what I had. I said yes.
I go home open up the box and… THATS NOT MY PIZZA! I call the store and tell them the situation and the girl goes «oh yeah, I know your pizza is here. Can you come back with that pizza and come get your pizza?»
Me: «NO! I want delivery for the inconvenience. You messed up, not me»
Her: okay give me a sec.
*hold*
Her:okay we’ll bring your pizza
*2 hours and a couple phone calls to the store later*
I receive my cold but correct pizza. I almost was gonna send it back but it was already late and didn’t have dinner. But at least I got an extra pizza.

Holy crap this place is terrible. I pity the fool whose closest Dominos delivery spot is the one on communipaw. Unfortunately i am one of those who have this dominos as the closest one to my apt.
It’s so unfortunate. The random times I order from there i have gotten my pizza delivered cold, 90 minutes late and even by one particularly angry worker. But my last encounter with them takes the cake… Or should I say dough? The pizza was completely uncooked. The dough was raw and I had to throw it out. In their defense, they cooked the crust. But it stopped there.
I will never order here again. The management here repeatedly has shown to me they don’t care about their customers. The end.

I don’t get the fuss.
We order from here on lazy nights. We usually order pizza + pepperoni and it always comes cooked pefectly. I mean, its a chain, so the flavor is expected I guess. Delivery is always quick. I always do my ordering online as I can’t get passed the language barrier.
