There are some good nurses here but the operation is intended to be at the convenience of the nurses not the patients
There is no commitment to show up at same time each day of appointment or even send same nurse
Each visit is like starting all over again when new nurse shows up
Dont bother trying to get supervisor to return call. They dont call back because they dont care
Suggest you avoid entrusting the cate of your love ved ones in the hands of this nurse service
Fyi. If i wasnt clear before let me try again… I was NOT pleased with the care provided. Your response is indicative of the lack of interest in customer experience
