Went here for the 1st (and last time) this morning.
I walk in and there’s one person inside. I walk up to the counter. Two employees are talking. It took at least two minutes before they finally looked at me and took my order.
Not only that, he didn’t even say «hello» or «good morning». Instead «ready to order?»
No idiot, I need to know the time. Why else would I be standing at the counter? Btw, a for here order means put it on a tray, not in a bag without a tray.

As far as fast food stops in Jeffersonville this is one of the best. I have had very minumal complaints about this location. Fresh food & fast service!

Would you expect a BLT to come with sausage instead of bacon? Me neither. Nor do I want my breakfast slider with sausage instead of bacon when I order BACON. This drive through almost always gets something on the order wrong. Unfortunately, it’s chronic. My husband won’t even go to this one anymore. Other locations are better.

Fast, friendly service and very easy to access drive through. This is my go to White Castle when the crave hits. There is also a traffic light at the corner so no worries about crossing busy 10th st at this location.
