BJ Heating & Cooling

I called BJ Heating & Cooling on Thursday ⁶⁄₁₆ and was able to make an appointment for the next day… their customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and upfront. she told me how much the service run would be and that the service tech might be late if previous customers took longer… on Friday the customer service rep called and let me know that they would be running behind schedule but he would be there and I would get another call when he was on his way. When Trey arrived he explained about their maintenance program… It sounded like a great plan so that’s what we went with… trey quickly diagnosed the problem with our a/​c unit. he replaced the capacitor and added freon. trey was very knowledgeable and informative. he was very friendly. he did not try to sell me a new a/​c unit. I was very satisfied with his work and with their customer service rep… I would definitely recommend their company to anyone needing work done on their heating or cooling systems. Thank you very very much!

Great maintenance program and quick turnaround in emergent situations. They check everything thoroughly. Highly recommend! Trey was here and I am satisfied with his assessment and problem resolution.

I had my first annual checkup from BJ Heating and Cooling.
First they called to set up an appointment. They however could not reach me so they left a message. I contacted them about a week later and the courtesy of the customer service representative was outstanding, polite, great demeanor and quick.
We scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday after Memorial Day. 8:30 AM.
Ron was the technician who arrived and right at 8:30 AM. We had a friendly conversation about the Green Bay Packers as he was a fan of them and we originally are from Wisconsin.
Ron went right to work and checked the furnace out and then went and checked the outdoor HVAC. Once he was complete we went over the paperwork and we were done. He gave me a report, (all was okay) and he was on his way.

I noticed the past 3 — 4 weeks that 2 neighbors had new HVAC units installed by BJ Heating. I know they will be satisfied.

I have been with BJ Heating & Cooling since around 2006. The employees have always been nice and very courteous.
This past Monday, my furnace died. One of the technicians came out, replaced a part and the thermostat and got the furnace running again. Unfortunately, there was something else wrong with the furnace. Since my furnace and a/​c unit were 25 years old, I cringed and bought a new system.
Robby was nothing but helpful, gave me a price quote yesterday, and today they installed the furnace very professionally. Unfortunately, during the installation process, at some point, the pilot light on my water heater went out (very close quarters), and the tech couldn’t relight the water heater. Robby immediately set that straight by sending out a plumber (at their cost) to fix the water heater. That’s awesome customer service.
Will definitely recommend to my friends.
