Domino’s Pizza

Horrible customer service. Tried to order online first but kept getting an error. Called the store and had to repeat the order and credit card info multiple times. A little irritating but still hopeful. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad. Delivery guy was nice but had no pen for credit card and forgot the salad. Already took a while so we didn’t want them to bring the salad. Had to call the manager and received very bad customer service. Only refunded the salad amount. Not even the delivery charge. He just didn’t seem to care at all. After all that, one of the sandwiches was burnt. Will never order from this store again. All it takes is a little bit of consideration to retain customers.

Went back for the first time in over a year. Ordered a spinach pizza, got cheese and spinach on three of the slices. All the rest were sauce only. Got to be kidding.

I’ve given up ordering from this store completely because nobody can seem to follow instructions when I order. I simply gave up after the third attempt at ordering. Even asking them to make a note of it «in the system» did not help nor, did talking to the managers there.
That being said. The pizza is passable when you need something to feed the masses, pay friends who help you move or take to a tailgate party. I would not call it gourmet at all but, as one other reviewer put it, it’s the booty call of pizza. It is definitely better than Little Caesars.

There once was a woman who reviewed Olive Garden. We all laughed because well, it’s Olive Garden and we knew exactly what to expect anyway. Now, after laughing gleefully at the aforementioned woman’s charmed and innocent endeavors I find myself doing much the same: reviewing Domino’s Pizza. There isn’t too much to tell here about the food. It comes out as correct as it was intended and manages to satisfy the appetite and dry the tears you will surely be crying once you realize the food you’ve resorted to. As far as this venue goes, I have always found them punctual, and speedy which because this is ‘Murica I require. Their employees are polite enough and Handle what is considered passable as a pizza with decent care. See, Domino’s is like a booty call. It may make you a little nervous for your health, and probably a wee bit regretful in the morning but it will still fill that empty belly of yours. Though, just like that late night ring it really won’t do much else.

I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni «pan» pizza last night from this Dominos.
When it arrived and I opened the box, they forgot to keep half of the pizza just cheese. I called honestly just to let them know that while I was disappointed, my fiancé doesn’t eat red meat, they should keep a better eye on their orders so that they don’t disappoint another customer.
Their response «Sir, we’re so sorry. If it’s okay with you we will make you another pizza „correctly“ and have it out to you right away.» 15 minutes later there was a knock on the door and a fresh perfectly prepared pizza was in my hand.
The manager and/​or franchise owner of this Dominos understands what drives business now more than ever, customer service!

I used to loathe Domino’s. To me, it was the last resort when no other restaurant was open. Not anymore! They are always on time and the pizza is always hot! And it tastes pretty darn good! It’s not Chicago’s Giodarno’s deep dish., But, it’s a great substitute!
I love the online tracker. It let’s me know when my pizza is being prepared, put in the oven, quality checked and on it’s way out to be delivered.
