First timer here. Im the type of person who likes to try all the nail place(s) around the neighborhood and choose a place where I’ll be a loyal customer based on their services, prices and of course over all customer service. I got a manicure, pedicure and an eyebrow waxing for(28.00) plus I gave a $ 10 tip to the person who tended to me. I guess I wasn’t as satisfied as I wanted to be. It’s just one of those places where in you step out thinking and feeling that it wasn’t a satisfying service. Y’all feel meh? Anyway, I’ll post some pics of the mani, pedi… P. S. Drying station needs to be upgraded? There’s little air coming out from both air dryer and I needed to apply those super fast dry nail polish.

Stopped in because I had a crazy Über driver. I needed something to do to kill some time. The place is clean and the staff was friendly. Yan was great and paid great attention to detail.

I usually go here and Helen herself does an amazing job. I always show her a picture of something I want and she does an amazing job at replicating it. I get a lot of compliments on my nails and a lot of my friends have started coming here. As long as you make an appointment and stick to Helen you are golden.

This place is disgusting. The oldest woman with red curly hair is so rude besides doing a crap job. The instruments are old and not sharp. Nail polishes washed down and the colors do not coincide names on bottles. Just a bad salon.

The person that did my nails was so rude. Not sure of her name, but she was old and skinny with glasses. Usually everyone is so nice there. But this witch was rude. She did my fill in and my pedicure. When she did my pedicure i asked her which seat to sit in and she said«whatever whatever» so i chose my seat and she said«not there» with an attitude. Then i asked could she help me roll up my pants because my nails were wet and she said«im tired im tired» when i tipped her, which i shouldnt have. she just took the money and didnt say anything. When I said thank you, she ignored it. Thanks to her I will never go there again! Be careful who you hire! It could cost you business! Dont waste your time! Theres other nail salons in the neighborhood, go there!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a really good, clean and quick nail salon. I came here last week before a trip and only waited 10 minutes on a Thursday evening before close. I had my nails done by Helen, the owner. Not only did she do a great job but she was patient with me and even went over the design I wanted and tweaked it to ensure that it would look great and last for a long time. I’ve found my new salon. I love, love, LOVE my nails.

Great place! I’m big on customer service, and that’s what I’ve experience. The staff is very accommodating. pleasant, and polite. Even when you’re not. Their kindness and professionalism will change your attitude.

I went for a fill-in yesterday and Helen decided to charge a different price for one nail that she had to redo. She was so rude and extremely unprofessional. I will never go there again.

The salon improved tremendously about 6 months ago when the new management took over. I have been going there for years for manicures, but now I get massages and other treatments. I even had a professional makeup. The staff is friendly and eager to help, the place is clean and modern and they have all the amenities and all the services one can think of. The prices are fair. I recommend.

The salon is clean and the customer service is great. Everyone greets you which is rare in nail salons. Sometimes a raise in price can sneak up on you. I am not a fan of the $ 5 fee for nail soaking. really think nail polish removal should be part of the pricing. I suggest asking price before agreeing to certain services. Overall, I love the gel manicure and their spa pedicure is real nice. They do spend a good amount on you and not rush you out the door.

Came here to do my eyebrows. They take off half of my eyebrow and then have the nerve to ask for a tip??? Go elsewhere.

Cheap looking nail salon . Went in to get fillings and the nail tech was so rough. I kept telling her she was hurting me, and she would just say oh I’m so sorry. Dirty pedicure tubs. Pedicure chairs ripped and no massages in the chairs. Avoid go somewhere else.

This nail salon is across the street from my house. I was skeptical about this place because I had recently tried another nail salon just one street over and it was terrible. This is the same type of «cheap» nail salon, but I was willing to try it before writing it off. I’m so glad I did. I went during the week and got a mani/pedi for $ 17. The salon was empty so I got my manicure done while another girl did my pedicure. It was a wonderful time saver. The ladies spoke limited English but were very sweet and attentive. I paid an extra $ 5 for callus removal on my feet. It was worth it! In my opinion, if you don’t get the callus removal there is no dead skin removal at all, which is half the reason why I get pedicures. The lady who did my manicure even rubbed my shoulders as my nails were drying at the drying station. All said and done, I paid $ 30, including tip, for a great experience and a beautiful manicure and pedicure.

Just moved to the area. This is the first nail salon I’ve tried. The place is lacking in décor and has the worst collection of nail polishes ever. But that aside I received a great pedicure and mancure. I’ll be sure to bring my own polish when going back.
