No stars. Worse place to order from. Rude staff, management should either hire new people or close down. Wont order from here ever again and you shouldnt waste your time either.

Horrible customer service. The lady was waving a bandaid around in the air and applied it to her fingers and didn’t even wash her hands. And when I confronted the problem she immediately gets mad when I ask her to wash her hands. She continued to bad mouth me in her language (which i understand) and be disrespectful to me and my friends to make matters worse, we placed an order for 3 sides and waited 25 mins for it. And forget my sauces which I have to pay for. Like cmon man can you stop fuckin up ??

My lava cake was weird-​shaped. The pizza was excellent though. The melting cheese, You won’t find those in in other pizzerias.

Sent an official complaint to corporate regarding one of their delivery guys who was late delivering my order… but the biggest issue is that he actually called me with an attitude about why I should understand why he was late… when he called he was still on the road. I, upset and feeling harrassed, react to his disrespectful tone, in which he felt he could then arbitrarily not deliver my pizza and cancel my order without my consent. I am on a quest to ensure this delivery guy is disciplined for his behavior and very poor customer service. His actions were unconscionable. He simply should have apologized for the lateness and said he was on his way. Instead he called yelling to a CUSTOMER. I will be calling his manager (they dont answer the phone btw which is also a problem) and if I can the owner. I have NEVER experienced such treatment. His initials… PA. I wont say his name here… but corporate knows it and his management surely will know it.

Horrible service and management has a REAL nasty attitude. Should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Ordered from Papa John’s and was oh so happy!

I ordered the special $ 5.99 for any two menu items. I got the alfredo pasta with chicken. and the hot wings. So it got here pretty fast under 45 mins. But Stupidly I forgot to check the order before I payed and freaking tipped the guy. I get boneless chicken with melted/​burnt cheese on top. Not what I Ordered. I called the store got placed on hold for ten minutes then I tell the guy my order is wrong, he tells me he doesn’t take the order it was done online, before realizing he did send the wrong order he says they will come back to swap it out. Mind you all this cost $ 20 including tip for two fucking menu items. Do not waste your time or money you will be sorry. I ordered from here to soak up the beer I was drinking Now I’m gonna drink more beer to take away from wasting my money and giving me crappy food and service. BTW! still did not come to swap it out they took my money and gave me sh*t!
Do not order from here if you are hungry. This is a place where pizza and pasta and wings go to die. Save your money and go to Papa Johns or your local pizza shop. And to think they want $ 15 an hour when they can’t even follow basic instructions or read coherently. I hope trump is elected and deports all these foreigners. Fuck them!

I was force to give them one star! dont come here. 1 the people who answer the phone are extremely rude. 2 Me and my brother ordered pizza online by accident we put carry out We called to switch it to delivery. Mind you it was payed for already through his credit card. when the pizza arrive it was an annoying indian kid and demand us to give him an extra 20 dollars? for what we payed them already so they was supposed to give us another pizza. I payed the 5.99 special. They just wanted more money. my brother was force to pay the $ 20 kuz the kid wasnt planning on leaving. We call and try to ask for the manager The lady kept hanging up. Immature right? At least she started yelling at us. so last night my sister wanted to order and they refuse to come Because supposedly we didnt pay them nothing?. P. s.The pizza was nasty. Dont waste your time… bad costumer service.

Absolute worst service ever! Pizza took an hour to get here & came cold. No one knew status of my order & driver refused to come to the door even after I explained I was disabled!

NEVER AGAIN! I’m not much of a fan of Domino’s but during the late nights it can save lives… or ruin them. So last night I ordered the Alfredo Pasta with NO chicken and extra sauce. Simple, right? wrong. Ordered at 10:50PM. Forgot to add parmesan cheese packets in my online order and the rude employee told me they don’t sell parmesan?! What?! parmesan is free! You’re a pizza shop?! but I digress. He began talking to people in the background and completely disregarding my question. Forget it I don’t have time. My food arrives at 11:20PM, cool… or so I thought. Despite the attitude from the employee over the phone I still tipped because I felt like it wasn’t the delivery guys fault. smh $ 12.xx plus $ 2.00 for basuda. Only in new york will be expect a tip for doing the bare minimum, smh.
I get to my room ready to dive in and I was so pissed that words can’t even describe it. Keep in mind I didn’t get any meat so you would think they would be generous with the noodles, negative. It was literally 14 noodles that were semi-​burnt and I could see the bottom of the tin that’s how empty it was. I’m livid because I hate paying for mediocre sub par food that’s over priced. I literally sat there for 5 minutes in a trans because I was so irritated.
Called the store and the same knuckle head who said they don’t sell parmesan answered. I told him I ordered the pasta and literally got 14 noodles and this is unacceptable. He continued to disregard everything I said. He told me since I didn’t get chicken this is why it was empty. This is a joke right? There is no excuse as to why it’s empty period. How about you start off with an apology and not question the customer about their satisfaction. I told him not getting chicken doesn’t justify 12 noodles. He said, «you just said 14 now it’s 12.» Get the entire fu… so now you want to have a duel off with me. I said as a manager you should be ashamed. He said he wasn’t a manager. I told him then this isn’t your lane put the manager on. He hands the phone to a guy who was no more help than he was. He said hold on let me get the manager. I could have sworn I asked for the manager to begin with idiots. Finally a woman answered. I told her the story and she just cut me off and said, «We’ll send you a new one out right now.» no apology, no concern, no compensation, no free cina-​stix nothing. It was like she was rushing me off to shut me up. I didn’t want another one I just wanted a refund. But I agreed and patiently waited. Finally at 12:40AM my new plate arrived. By this time I’m not even hungry and it was still TRASH! how do you walk on fire twice?!
I woke up feeling sick to my stomach. I wrote a complaint on their official website and now awaiting for a follow up. Customer service is so important!!! As a chain establishment this is completely unacceptable.

I bit into my medium pan pizza and it tastes like raw dough. Very under cooked. Was chewy and gewy. I asked for extra sauce. Instead I God hardly no sauce but with extra cheese. I hate extra cheese.

This is location has very slow service and the «tracker» it’s a lie. According to it I should be eating my pizza and the delivery is not even at my house. Last time I ordered it took over 1:30 minutes to arrive.

Awful!!! My chicken wings barely had any sauce like really? I got plain wings instead of mango habanero!!! Mad is not even the word! Took an hour to get delivered like really! Called the store n the lady told me she doesnt know when I will get my food like wtf! Never will I order from here again –_​_​–

Always on point!!! And I always order late night and never had a problem!!! Can never complain and 2 $ deliv charge I don’t care I always add another 5 $ at least that because no problems ever since I have lived here in briarwood for the last 15 years!!! Great service!!!

Too slow and I can guarantee on lukewarm food. Each time it’s I’m sorry. I just want our food in less than an hour and hot. I don’t recommend this location.

This was excellent service. The delivery took less than a hour. The chicken nuggets were delicious and the kickin hot sauce is just that «kickin».

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered around 1:00pm, tracker said my order left at 1:12pm, then said it was delivered at 1:36pm…but it is now 1:55pm and I’m typing this and starving!

If you are looking for a terrible experience in which you would spend hours waiting for your food, 10+ minutes waiting on the phone to check your order status then having the employee hung up the phone while you talk (this happened 3 times) then you came to the right place! The manager is always busy to help you with your problems, the chefs are always busy messing up your order, the other employees are always busy forgetting the dipping sauce or hanging up the phone after you wait at least 10 minutes, and the delivery guy is too busy figuring out how to use the gps so he is not able to take the pizza to your door step or even knock on the door for that matter, so if you dont answer strange numbers or your battery dies frequently because you own an iphone or galaxy you’ve been warn. «Dont waste your time calling here! We are too busy!» I heard was their slogan.
Seriously, dont waste your time! Call the nearest pizza hut they have great reviews! It might be a little more expensive but at least your food will get there on time, nice and hot and to your door!
Also beware of placing an order online with your credit card. I payed for my order with a credit card, the delivery guy took it back to the store and had it cancelled because My phone was dead and didnt answer his call. Now I have to wait a week to get reimbursed and have to start cooking after waiting for 3 hours (oh did I forget to tell you, they told me my order was gonna be redeliver after I charged my phone and called them, an hour later they tell me is on the way, 30 minutes after that they said it was cancelled).
You have been warned! Order at your own risk!

Do not order for this shit hole! I placed an order at 11 it’s 1:40pm and my order is still not here! I called this store I been on hold for now 9min not one person on the phone? Just an automated answering machine. From now on I will be ordering from Pizza Hut. WHAT EVER YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Fast and online ordering with Domino’s is awesome. They deliver pretty fast and the new crust is way better than the stuff they use to make. The old Dominos pizza was very chewy and rubbery. The new revamped pizzas they have now taste and smell better. Must be that garlic and butter.
Verdict — I know I know, why would I order fast food pizza over the better New York style pizzas since I’m living in NY? Eh, I dunno, who doesn’t like fast food chains every now and then? The hand tossed pizzas are okay. I usually go for their crunchy thin crust pies. It’s not as filling but it pairs well with beer especially during any sporting events on television.
