Ice Lounge

This «lounge» is by my house so I figured I would check it out sometime. Came last week for a friend’s birthday and was highly disappointed.
The bouncer seemed like he was picking and choosing who to charge a cover to. I had to pay $ 10 (really? $ 10 on a Wednesday night for THIS place??).
Walked in an instantly realize this is just office space turned into a «lounge.» They have a bar area, DJ «booth» and a bunch of chairs and couches scattered around. It was way too hot as well. There was no type of ventilation outside of a fan on the bar.
They had received decent business (mostly due to the birthday boy) and the bartender looked lost for the most part.
The drinks, however, are dirt cheap. Fishbowls for $ 10. 20 shots for $ 20 (obviously we are not talking top shelf here).
People were dancing and having good time, but I wouldn’t come to end my night here. They would definitely get my business as a «pre-​game spot» if the cover was cheaper, but not much else.
