Incredibly unprofessional. They have moving people who are theives and management tolerates it to the point that all complaints are ignored.
They constantly give you the run-​around with promises that they’ll help you with your problem. They never return phone calls and I have a suspicion that my messages where not passed on to the people for whom they were intended for. They also don’t reply to e-​mails.
All in all, NEVER, EVER, use these people. They are scum and I’d rather leave my possessions on the street unsupervised than hire these people.
I just wish I could give a negative star review because 1 star is 10 stars too many for the extremely negative experience I was forced to endure.
