It took 30 minutes to get the reserved storage.
After that I was told to pay extra $ 11/mo for 24h access otherwise the elevator will be shut.
Guess what had happened half way moving in? The elevator was shot down in third floor with me stuck in basement and my movers on first floor.
I was reassured there is always someone in the other side of the call button.
When I pushed the talk button in the elevator asking them to come help us the man just mumbled that if I am stuck in the elevator he can call 911 if no he can try to reach his supervisor. Seriously?
The reason I did not choose a cheaper place because I trusted your name but just couple hours in your facility and I was ready to cry and not only me– all my friends.
Shame.
Then you have guts to charge people if they leave the dollies anywhere else?
Check your videos and see where we had to leave the dollies we used– exactly– in the elevator that was shut down while I paid for it to stay on.
Big disappointment.
