If you want to pay DOUBLE the price of what you think you are paying then this is the place to go!
Too bad 0 stars is not an option because it’s nothing short of what this place deserves! The offer for the tour was enticing enough but the travel agents were not upfront and honest about anything from the get go.
There were hidden fees everywhere and it was NOT an all inclusive tour like we thought it was going to be.
We had to get to our destination to find out that we had to pay for all the tourist attractions, breakfast and pay EXTRA fees for the bus. Needless to say all the money I had for the trip was lost in less than ONE HOUR paying for everything I thought was going to be covered.
The itinerary we had been given at the agency was OUTDATED by god knows how many years, and the hotels that were LISTED on that itinerary were NOT the hotels we stayed at. The bus that was provided started leaking oil right after we got on and the departure was delayed by an hour and a half.
The staff is nice enough but they need to be MORE INFORMATIVE. Now I know to ask a million questions if I ever go to another agency again.

The staff is the nicest, the most helpful and considerate. They have cool travel packages, too.
