Woodsman Kitchens & Floors

I had Woodsman install all of the cabinets in my kitchen, office, and two bathrooms. You would think after spending all this money on cabinetry with their company that they would stand by the craftsmanship and installation. Last week the cabinet molding fell down and I called them several times to try to schedule someone to come and repair it. The lady on the phone could not have cared less about my issue. She transferred me several times to Anna Marie and I left a voicemail twice. No one ever called me back. I finally reached her and she told me that the warranty was expired and she was not going to be able to assist me. I explained to her in detail that the cabinet molding was never installed properly to begin with and was barely held on with some tacks. She even admitted that this was a common issue with the installs. She did however offer to charge me to repair the molding. I find this highly unprofessional and I will never do this is here again. She said she would speak to her manager and get in contact with me and I have yet to get a phone call from anyone. I’m not shocked. I will take my business elsewhere.

First off I paid top dollar for cheap cabinets through the builder. The installer scratched many cabinets and hung them crooked. The fix for it is a stain pen! How long do you think that lasts? It doesn’t. The cabinets and molding do not line up but they make excuses for it. They said they do not use glue yet I have glue on seams.
The granite the cracked and filled seam with something that now looks pink… Again no responsibility. You would get better quality and service at Walmart.

The work that Woodsman did on our maple kitchen cabinets is wonderful! They installed them quickly and efficiently and they are absolutely beautiful!
This is quality construction as well, with dovetail joints and actual ‘real wood’ cabinetry. No MDF board here. We had one small issue and the company came back to correct immediately and without hassle or additional costs!
