You can’t get a virus on a Mac they said. «Geek Squad» had no idea how to fix it without wiping the entire machine! GTI stepped up to the plate and fixed my Macbook Pro for less than that «Ripoff Squad» charged to diagnosis and NOT repair it. GTI has a great, welcoming staff and got the job done right the first time. They have my future business for sure!

Incredibly overpriced they tried to charge me $ 40 for a battery that cost three dollars on Amazon. They did a data recovery for my business on the hard drive and they couldn’t find any additional files that I couldn’t find myself with a mere simple free program on the Internet. After they did the data recovery their way the laptop would no longer boot up I brought it back in and they told me was outside the scope of their repair since they never tried to turn it on in the first place and they only pulled out the hard drive to do the data recovery so they told me it wasn’t their issue and they did nothing that could’ve caused it (pretty sure a program that scans every sector of a hard drive looking for issues could easily cause a file to become corrupted) they also claim they couldn’t get it back up themselves even through paid Support. We literally paid several hundred dollars for them to break our laptop. Will not do business with them again.
