Where are the cats?!
Not all of us are born skinny/​tiny and able to fit in most of the clothing in Wolfgang, however, there are a lot of cute options for anyone who doesn’t fit the tiny frame they advertise on facebook. The sales clerk was nice and pretty awesome. I would come here again.

As much as I would love to give Wolfgang more than two stars… Unfortunately this is not the case for this particular visit… The customer service or maybe I should type «lack of customer service» I received ruined this review which could have been easily given four stars or even possibly five stars. I literally almost walked out of the boutique after being inside for about 3 – 5 minutes watching the bleach-​blonde sales clerk on her phone, who never acknowledged my presence until I had about 2 or 3 items in my hand… She came up to me and asked me if she could start a dressing room for me… Really? At that moment she could have given me a proper greeting to redeem herself, but NOPE… So I told her very politely… «No, thank you.» I really wanted to shop more, but she really ruined it for me & not to mention the boutique was about to close (As I was told when I came out of the dressing room… Which I thought was kind of rude because… Never mind… I won’t even start on that).
Well I guess I’ll get to the positive part of this review… I LOVE the unique pieces in Wolfgang and I also LOVE how affordable everything is! The store is set up very nicely. There isn’t any clutter or a lot of racks to dig through, which is A-​Ok with me. I would like to give them another try as I saw more than a couple of pieces that I would have bought, but… (Well, I did purchase a top that was on sale) thanks to the «great customer service» I received (typed with heavy sarcasm) I just didn’t feel compelled to spend anymore than what I spent ($ 20.87).
I have read other reviews regarding the poor customer service and I really hope that:
1. This is addressed
2. It’s not the bleach-​blonde sales clerk
3. If it is her, she should either take a customer service course (we all need our jobs) or she should not be employed at Wolfgang (or any other place of business which requires interaction with customers).
Again, I may give Wolfgang another try because I really do like this boutique and would like a lot more time to spend here as I don’t believe I was able to take in everything there was in the store. I’m just hoping that it’s a much better experience than what I encountered today. I’m really starting to think that Great Customer Service is EXTINCT! Sad, but true and it doesn’t have to be like this at all… I mean how hard is it to say «Hello, welcome to Wolfgang. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance.»?? Or just «Hello.» will be sufficient enough. And I don’t believe I mentioned that she did NOT even say thank you for shopping with us after my purchase and before leaving the store… I guess she was just ready to leave… Ok, I’m done… I just hope these reviews are read by the right person and then that person becomes proactive.

Cute clothes, horrible customer service. No «Hi! How are you?» «Welcome to Wolfgang!». Nothing. Didn’t ask if I needed a dressing room. Not even a thank you after I spent $ 40. She even put my change in my shopping bag with the receipt. Such a shame I won’t be going back.

Very torn on how to review this boutique. Cute décor, cute clothes, decent prices (for a boutique), very limited selection and size range and absolutely terrible customer service. The employee working barely spoke or acknowledged anyone in the store and seemed to preoccupied or just too good to help anyone. She did not welcome or thank anyone during my visit, even paying customers. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping here again.

I absolutely love this little Shop located on Park St ! They have beautiful accessories for very reasonable prices! Great selection of cute dresses, rompers, jeans and delicate tops! Love this place!

I love this store! Awesome clothing and accessories. The staff were very friendly and down to earth. They weren’t pushy and didn’t make me feel rushed. Great prices and a nice selection of diverse styles.

My favorite boutique in town! Great selection of dresses and cute tops! Also, their prices are lower than I expected, which has me resulted in me actually purchasing, instead of just window shopping, on a number of occasions. Highly recommended!!!

Wolfgang is known as one of Jacksonville’s premier boutiques for fun, hip, and yet still affordable clothing. You will walk out of this place a much more fashionable, yet not financially broken person, which is awesome.
All the clothes in Wolfgang, especially on the female side of the store, are hip, young, fashionable, a little bold and a little eclectic. They always have a very large supply of short dresses, in every shade, for every occasion, for every kind of lady. They also have some amazing tops, shorts, and a great supply of denim. They have some amazing accessories, from unique, colorful belts, to interesting necklaces, to big chunky sunglasses [for the inner celeb in each of us].
I feel like all I am saying is AMAZING… but that’s kind of how I would sum this place up. It was one of the first places in Jacksonville [formerly known as Satu] to offer true city fashions at a price we could afford. The fact that it has been a figurehead of the Five Points neighborhood for years, the artsy area of town, is no coincidence. Wolfgang has a great identity all it’s own, and it’s there to help you show your identity to the world… through some awesome fashion.
PS Be sure to look for the stores resident kitties… and give them a stroke! They are very friendly.
