Wok N Roll

Awesome food, awesome service… Did I mention yet that this place is AWESOME! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Jacksonville.
There is only one table inside, so it’s best to carry out or have your food delivered. The inside of this location is kept clean… Even though there’s just the one table if you eat in the restaurant they bring your food to the table along with plates and napkins.
The food is absolutely delicious… It’s some of the best Chinese I’ve had.

This is my favourite Chinese take-​out place. It’s also the best of the Wok N Roll locations I have been to in Jacksonville. The one in Orange Park — rude as hell employees. The one in Riverside — dirty as hell. Not this one!
The food is excellent. Honey chicken is my favourite Chinese chicken dish and they make it perfectly. Just the perfect amount of sweet for me. They also have my favourite beef lo mein. When we get it from other places, I usually just eat the noodles and leave all the beef for the husband because I never like it. Love the beef in the lo mein here so much so that the husband has to fight to get any of it! Hehe The fried rice is good, but I can’t really say much about it because fried rice is pretty much just fried rice no matter where you get it. I don’t eat egg rolls, but the husband loves the ones they have here.
The restaurant really isn’t made to dine in because the majority of their business is delivery and take-​out; however, they do have one table set up. We have eaten in here a couple of times and they always bring the food out to the table to us with plates, sauces, utensils, etc. It’s also always done with a smile.
I cannot speak highly enough about every single employee that works here. Yep, there’s a tad bit of a language barrier, but they are all just so darn nice! Not once have I ever walked in here to place an order and not been greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation.
The area to eat is small and the restroom is small, but everything is clean. The restroom is a tad bit outdated, but it’s at least very clean (take note of that Wok N Roll in Riverside whose restroom is not only filthy but is used to store take out containers… GROSS).
Delivery takes from 25 – 45 minutes and I’ve never had an order arrive incorrectly.
I’ve been eating here for 15 years and they have been consistent the entire time. If that doesn’t deserve a full 5 Unilocalie stars, then I don’t know what does!
