Current resident. Saw the one star review & had to comment. I have an upstairs apt and I never hear my neighbors. The main gate is broken a lot. Most of the residents here are military, so I haven’t seen or heard of any crimes on the property. My son loves the playground & swimming pool. The fitness center has quality machines and 24 hour access. I’ve only needed maintenance once and they were quick and responsive. Screen enclosed patio means I can get fresh air without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I also enjoy the near immediate access to 295 with the new Collins Road on/​off ramps. If management could find a few places on the property to install some synthetic putting greens for us golfers, it would be my version of paradise.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used to live here. Appliances break down often, several burglaries in the buildings across the whole complex, and the water pipes turn off every month due to malfunctions. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and the gate. The gate is always broken due to people breaking in. The security is a joke. Walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear the people upstairs walking, talking and doing laundry. Don’t forget it’s off of Blanding. The busiest street in Jax. So not worth it.
