This Walmart is terrible. The employees can barely communicate with you, if to be found at all. The store has a terrible selection of everything. The customers are rude and trashy. The«one hour photo» is never an hour, or even close. And I actually just had an employee who was off shift get in front of me in the 20 items or less line I was already standing in so she could buy a bag of chips… Mind you, I’m noticeably pregnant. I’ve tried contacting the store, and speaking to someone of any sort of intelligence level seems to be impossible. Id go to any other Walmart it possible. Avoid this one at all costs.

It’s Wal-mart. Full of cheap stuff made in a sweatshop by children in China. But they pass the savings on to you!!! And literally their prices in the grocery department are half of that at Publix. I was initially enraged at being ripped off for the last three years but you don’t usually think groceries and Wal-Mart. The only disappointing thing is no Boar’s Head meat, but I can live without that in exchange for cutting my food bill in half.

Easily the worst kept Walmart location I’ve been too. Unfortunately I have setup my medical prescriptions thru this location and regret it every time. How can one store be so vastly different from their surrounding competitors? I feel relaxed when walking thru a Target or Publix, but feel like I’m about to get into a bar fight every time I’m shopping at Walmart. Well, good luck if you shop here and don’t bump into anyone as their probably packing heat.

Least favorite Walmart. It is very dirty and cluttered. I prefer 103rd to this one. Good luck finding someone to help you because you can never find anyone. The self check out machines are also a joke. It takes forever to scan your items and you will always need an associates help to finish purchasing your order. This store needs to have a deep cleaning.

This is a terrible Walmart. It seems as though it’s impossible to have a decent shopping experience here. The store is unorganized and the employees aren’t helpful… Parking here is bad… You’d think with a parking lot that is almost always crowded that it would mean this is one of the better locations, but that’s just not the case. This particular location is almost always out of the items I’m looking for…

I agree with the other reviews: This is my least favorite Walmart, probably of all the Walmart’s I’ve ever walked into. And let’s be honest, going to Walmart is never a pleasant experience(for me at least, I hate grocery shopping) but this one take my anxiety to new levels. Parking? Insane and good luck. While the store on the inside looks ok, I have seen(ok, heard) fights happen here, and I was once stuck in line for 30 freaking minutes, while someone actually had a cart of of crap and price checked almost every item, and put half of them back in the cart and decided against buying. WTF?!! Check out lanes are slow and lines are long. It’s so bad, I’ll actually drive further to Phillips Hwy to head there, when we need a big grocery trip.

The associates in pharmacy and crafts were so helpful. I needed green fleece cut and the craft associate had helpful suggestions and some free crochet patterns from a yarn company. The pharmacy lady at the register was fast and efficient and made me not feel bad about having to wait when my insurance co had issues.

Great place to go if you want to get into a fight to the death with a homeless guy wielding a broken bottle in the catfood aisle. The store is filthy, the employees are non existent and quite frankly everything about their business practices makes me want to string up the oligarchy and burn them alive at the stake. Don’t waste your money here. If you need something either use another soulless corporate monster like Amazon or Target or just wipe your ass with your money and flush it down the toilet. It’s about the same thing. Whatever you buy here won’t be working more than 3 months anyways.

This Walmart actually makes me more crazy than the one on 103rd Street. OMGooooosh! I really hate coming here. I have encountered worse Walmart stores, but this one will still drive you insane. Parking is insane. People will damn near run you over while you are trying to walk into the store, so watch out! They are always inevitably out of something I have on my list. On my most recent visit, they were out of my IBC bottled root beer. I was not a happy camper. Didn’t feel like going to another store though, so I’ll just have to do without it for this week. The shelves are generally a mess. Items are placed here, there, and everywhere. Same chaos in the clothing departments. I’m not really sure what the employees do here, but it certainly isn’t making sure things are kept organized and neat. Speaking of employees… need one for help? Good luck finding one. If, by chance, you do fine one, you probably still aren’t going to get any help. Usually the response you’ll get is, «I don’t work in this department.» They then promptly walk off. You’d think they could at least offer to find someone who does work in the department. But no. The only good thing about this store is they have self-checkout lanes(the store on 103rd Street does not). Sometimes we are lucky and do not have to wait. Other times, we have to stand behind someone with 50 items and has no clue how to work the thing. *rolls eyes* This store is also not one that is open 24 hours. They close at midnight. They announce this repeatedly on the intercom starting around 11:30 and at about 5 minutes before midnight, you will start to see the employees come out of hiding because they practically chase you out of the store. I’m serious… they get rude as hell! Bring patience if shopping at this Walmart(lots of it)! Also, expect to not find everything on your shopping list.

I discovered this Walmart while exploring my neighborhood and found it very convenient to go here when I wanted to pick up a jambox I had ordered online. Yes, I wanted an old school CD player with the tape deck and radio because that’s how I roll. :) When picking up my player, I was helped right away and sent to the«lay away» area and a nice young lady went to the back and brought it up front for me – with a smile. Now, I can tell that sometimes this place under staffs this location especially during the holidays. However, even under those conditions I was given great customer service and was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Great experience!:

Lord, help me to remember that I really don’t like visiting Walmart. Amen. I’d give ‘em an «A-OK» if I didn’t have to wait 10 minutes to check out. I had 4 identically priced items, the couple of «18 items or less» lanes were backed up with folks who obviously had more than 18 items. I picked the shortest remaining non-self-checker(I’ll spend my time in Hell when I’m dead, thanks), and girded the loins. I’m not sure what establishment trains people to find merchandise that is mispriced, or missing price tags, or otherwise incapable of being quickly recorded for sale, but this is their proving ground. The store is at least well lit, and mostly inviting. There was an adult(customer?) riding a bicycle through the back part of the store this evening. They get a star for the entertainment value of that.

This was the first Walmart I was introduced to when I moved to Jacksonville, and unfortunately there is more bad I can say than good, so let’s start with the basics. Shopping here, you’re of course introduced to the same low prices you would find at any Walmart, but unfortunately that’s where the comparison ends. The service is borderline cruel to bear at times, honestly if you get at least eye contact with this particular location, consider yourself lucky. Theft is at an all time HIGH in this store so more than likely in 3 visits, you’re going to be entertained with a show with Asset Protection attempting to apprehend a shop lifter. The dress code is non existent, you’ll see many many things upon your shoppers stroll, just a forewarning, the clientele is what you would expect along Normandy Boulevard, it’s a pain sometimes to shop here, and I choose to shop at the sister store(103rd) more often times than this, and I actually live closer to this location. If you’re looking for quality, I’d highly recommend the few extra miles out of your way and visit another location. 1⁄5

I agree with Kerry C. location is best on early Saturday morning. I have been to this location many times over the last 13 years. The check out line is less than ideal, but now they offer a self check out corral for those self doers. They do have a good price on items such as paperback books, magazines, and grocery items. Sometimes these items are have the cost as other chain stores. They do offer Nestle Water and a good selection of DVDs. Buyer be ware that Walmart DVDs are lower quality if your using a well rounded audio visual system.

This particular store happens to be on the lower spectrum of Wal-Marts here in town. If you want to go to a shiny, clean Wal-Mart with happy workers, then you need to cross the river because you won’t find it here.
