U-Haul Moving & Storage at Normandy Blvd

I’d say a solid 3.5.
I needed to rent a larger vehicle to move a lot of products and boxes to an event (ahem, mbb.) I’d seen the $ 19.95 U-​Haul vans driving around town, and that was within my price range, so next step… I went online to see if I could find a location that was actually open on a Sunday.
Found it! Booked online, and at the appropriate time, went to pick up the van.
We walked in a few minutes after they had just opened, and the place was packed. The line was already a few people deep, and I was a little antsy to get this «moving» job done. It did move fairly quickly, and after a bit, off I go driving this hilariously big a$$ van.
But lemme tell ya, it did the trick! After a quick Walmart stop to pick up, oh, 500 mini waters, to the storage unit, packed this puppy up, and dropped everything off at the event location. (Which took me about 8 trips last year.)
After seeing how easy this was, I decided to do the same thing after the event, and rented the same van, with the same location.
Customer service was pretty friendly… even though they were busy (and I was so exhausted the minutes felt like hours) the process was pretty simple and ended up costing about $ 45 bucks (each trip) for the round trip. ($ 19.95 is just the basic rental rate, and I think they tack on .59 cents per mile…)
Totally worth it though… and I would use again (well, I might do a little more price shopping if my moving days were flexible) but really no complaints.
