This place has sadly gone downhill since the renovation. The employees are not friendly and the store is always a mess, which wouldn’t be a problem if this was the dollar store, but it’s Hallmark. The cashier kept me waiting while she complained to her friend buying something for 15 minutes and then got an attitude with me because I was searching for change. I used to like this neighborhood store but I will not be spending any time in it in the future.

Always a smiling face at the door to greet you. Very sweet ladies! I love the selection of gifts and cards here. I always tend to by more than anticipated. Check out the clearance shelf too. I’ve got some amazing deals on last years Christmas ornaments that can be very pricey.
They also have nice gift bag sets with tissue behind the counter that are reasonably priced. This is always my go to store for cards!

Always friendly staff. Sad that I bought $ 70 worth of cards and only got 10 envelope seals. I paid for 30 plus cards…
There was lots for me to choose from and as I said the staff is always kind.

Went to Hallmark looking for a candle, and all the scents were horrendous. The candle slipped from my hand and the glass container broke. The women working insisted that I must pay full price for the item. Working at a retail store, I knew that they could easily «damage» the item. After paying full price, I wouldn’t even take the damage candle with me. It smelt so bad. Thanks, Hallmark. I’ll make sure to never shop at your store again.
