After going here I learned UPS stores are franchised and they charge «what they want» for flat rate USPS boxes. I know I’ll pay a surcharge at UPS and I’m okay with that or I wouldn’t have come here to begin with. The UPS on Old St Aug at Bartram Park also charges «what they want» but it’s only a few dollars more than USPS. This store was $ 12 more! I am not joking! Not sure how their other prices compare but stay away if you just want flat rate boxes shipped. I love Bartram Park UPS off Old St Aug but will never come back to this one off SR 13 unless the «what they want» surcharge for flat rate is decreased to be reasonable like other UPS stores. USPS does military discount on flat rate and this store robs military wives shipping flat rate to EPO addresses.

Love this store! They are always friendly, helpful & professional. They have done tons of projects with me for the PTO. Last night I was trying to print a letter at home but my printer was not working up to standards They saved the day printing the letters and envelopes out that I emailed them so I could get my letters right out this morning! I’ve been very satisfied with mailing/​packing assistance also. They think of the things I forget about. Highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly and very attentive. They do all the things every other UPS store does, rent mailboxes, ship, wrap, fax, printing, copying and so on.
