Went in Tuesday to ship out something for a baby shower in NY. Was greeted fairly quickly and was taken care of. Gave the man my dad’s UPS business account number & filled out the packing slip. Paid for the packaging & the shipping would be billed to the account number I gave him. I told the man I needed the package to arrive Friday which would be 3 day select. He told me «even better, I can have it there Thursday!» Great! What great customer service. I signed and went on my way. Fast forward to today(Thursday). My package was delivered great! They charged my dads account over $ 100MORE than it would have been for 3 day select… WHAT!?! I was told of no such extra charge(or any charge amount) whatsoever! I would never pay $ 100 for shipping mason jars that cost me $ 10!!! For that price they could do without them! I called and spoke to the store, telling them I felt I was taken advantage of and was immediately written off, with the man telling me if I «have a ups account then I know what the charge is». And it «isn’t their job to tell us how much it costs». Tried calling UPS corporate & they said they had done their job since the package was delivered as requested and if I had an issue to go through the store directly. Ups will no longer have my business or the business of my father’s company. Scamming innocent people is not the way to run a business. Good riddance.

These guys are awesome. I’ve had at least 4 – 5 different po boxes throughout my life for business reasons and this one blows them all away. Not even a contest. These guys are friendly & helpful every single day. The word«no» isn’t in their vocabulary. They have a solution for everything. I once had a really grumpy mailbox that always made me wait & were rude– it just always frustrated my day. These guys do the opposite. They leave you in a better mood then when you arrived. Personalized/friendly/quick service!!!

Visited this store late afternoon to return something to AT&T. Both young men in the store greeted me, smiled and provided immediate service/assistance. They were professional and friendly. I was in and out within minutes! Will use them again when needed.

Lady with the Georgia peaches in your bag, check any expectation of Southern hospitality at the door. So stark is the contrast between the polite shoppers and smug service staff that at times you are left wondering what messed up alternate universe you walked into. The guy at the counter taped up my package so quickly I didn’t have a chance to include the note I had written. He was a bit like the UPS’s version of the Soup Nazi. At the end of the day, in the full spectrum of postal customer service levels — do I expect to be wowed? Not so much. Hence my mediocre rating.
