A complete nightmare. These people absolutely do not care about your problems. They take your money and charge you extra without even telling you. I would never hiring them for anything! The receptionist would not let me speak with the manager when I went to pay my outrageously priced bill. This company will get what they’re asking for sooner or later.

This company couldn’t care less about your neighborhood. All Kingdom does is prey on struggling communities so they can extort money from the residents. They have their legbreaker lawyer send letters with trumped up «admin fees» that no doubt go into someone’s pocket. If they can’t get blood from a turnip, they foreclose, take possession of the house, and rent it out to line their own wallets. Kingdom Management will bully your bully your 80+ year-​old grandma like they did mine. She moved out of one of their communities and they continued to harass her by phone and mail for a year, because their records were not up to date. She was often in tears after receiving these calls and letters.
