The Loop Pizza Grill

I was in town for work, and craved a milkshake. Came in for lunch which included a very good pizza, and a terrific milkshake. It was served in a glass, and they also gave me the metal tin with the extra that didn’t fit in the glass. I left very satisfied.

The burgers are really yummy! We have been here a few times since we moved very close. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is nice and always picking the place up or wiping down tables. All smiles every visit. Huge tip for ranch lovers… Get extra ranch because it’s AMAZING!

This is the only affordable Pizza joint in Town Center… let’s not count California Pizza (too expensive and too much hype). I don’t know about you… but when I’m really craving Pizza… I want NY style… And I want the order/​pickup process fast and efficient. This spot gives me exactly what I want. I would also like to mention that all of the ingredients are freshly made. None of that frozen dough foolishness. This is my second time visiting this week! I’m hooked!

This has a got to be one of the top burger joints in town!

This is an order and pay then find your table place. Being my first time I stayed back until I had a general idea what I wanted. I knew I wanted a burger but the menu is pretty vague about the differences. When I got up to order and ask a few questions she seemed annoyed. So I got the bbq burger medium. Well… I noticed my friends food came out way sooner than mine and the guy behind me who ordered a burger got his prior to me. As I guessed burger was overcooked. The steak fries r bland and undercooked. The burger wasn’t horrible but it certainly wasn’t how I like it and being on my lunch break I couldn’t reorder.

We ordered takeout and it took half an hour to get our food. Everyone had the same idea. They were very busy putting food out. It was worth the wait. My burger was moist, pink and tasty. Not overdone and greasy like at other places. Next time I’ll try their shakes or salads. I thought I would take off the bread and eat the rest but ate the whole burger. Try this place if you have the time.

You place your order at the counter and they give you a pager, go claim a seat and when the pager buzz go back to the counter to pick up your food.
Came for lunch and had the Loop burger. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Jax. And the fact that they have steak fries… OMG!!! Sold!!! Burger was cooked perfectly and the amount of fries was good. I’ll be back!

Stopped in for lunch with my wife, I ordered one of their burgers and it was cooked perfectly. A little light on flavor, but that’s fine. Most places think salt = flavor and I’d rather it not be full of sodium. Wasn’t crowded at all. Service was good.

Love this place compared to any pizza place I’ve had in the area. Highly suggest

We ordered 3– 8 inch pies. The 4 cheese (goat, feta, blue n mozzarella) — AMAZING! If u love cheese this one is a home run. Spicy Chicken n cilantro: just ok. Not spicy at all. N kids plain. The tomatoe sauce was standard. Poor beer selection. And some woman yelled at us bc my husband N kid were playing in the booth and paper flew over to her table and the boy was moving the seat. She’s like «don’t throw paper at us and can he sit still he’s moving the house booth! Real nasty like. Dag… relax lady it’s Father’s day. They were just having fun.

This is one of my fiancé and I’s favorite places to eat. Whether it’s to get a loop and cheddar Burger or pizza or a badass salad! The staff are all so nice and make you meal ready to order. Most of our meals are Togo and we never have had to go back because something was missing.
I had a smile garden chicken salad the other day and enjoyed the customer service and the food! highly recommend!

It’s The Loop – you know, the place with the amazing milkshakes that we all grew up on. Except a little tired, in this instance.
The food was good (not great, but good), and when I come here, it is always for the sole and express purpose of getting one of their milkshakes. The fact that I eat an entire meal beforehand is beside the point. And it usually involves their pizzas (which are also pretty good).
The service is what knocked this one down a peg. The girl who took our ordered was as bored with working as I was with handing someone my money who could not care less about my existence. She wasn’t rude or anything like that, just bored/​apathetic.
There were also several dirty tables (I had to get someone to clean one so I had a place to sit). Normally I would chalk this one up to just being busy, but it was 4pm on Sunday. Maybe they were just short-​staffed?
Any Loop is a good choice for lunch or dinner, and definitely for a cold soothing treat on those Spring and Summer days. You are bound to enjoy yourself.

We love The Loop because the food is great, it’s fast and we feel comfortable taking our three-​year-​old son with us.
On our most recent visit, my husband and I shared a bacon cheeseburger and a limited time offering — the Craveable Kale Salad.
We are recent transplants to Jax, and the burger is one of the best we’ve tried here. It was juicy with great grilled flavor and plenty of bacon. We got fries as our side (LOVE big, thick steak fries!) but it’s nice to know that steamed broccoli is also an option when we are trying to eat healthier.
The kale salad was AWESOME. It included sunflower seeds, walnuts, carrots, dried cranberries, cabbage and croutons. We got it with the recommended golden vinaigrette and it was really just perfect.
We are looking forward to returning to explore more of the menu, especially the salads and wraps.

This Loop could really use some work. There were several dirty tables when we were trying to find a seat, and even the ones without dirty dishes had crumbs on the table. I don’t frequent The Loop, but when I do go I usually get a pizza. I ordered the 5 cheese pizza minus gorgonzola and add kalamata olives. The middle of the pizza was not fully cooked and the cheese slid right off each piece I attempted to eat. The crust was more like dough, really unacceptable. The portion of fries my hubby got with his burger was comically small, it was literally 6 potato slices. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. Very low quality establishment.

Long time fan of the Loop. We stopped in because we used to eat here back in the 80’s. Still great hamburgers. Fries were good as well. Since it has been 20 or so years I can’t comment on the change over the years. All I can say is that it is still a great burger and we’ll be back.

I literally love everything at the loop! It’s been my favorite fast casual lunch place for years!
Their chips are out of this world good. My coworker even bought me chips from the loop for my birthday this year!
My husband loves their goat cheese and sausage pizza. It’s really flavorful and if you get the 12″ it’s the perfect size for one person!
You really can’t go wrong here — soups, salads, and burgers are all good here!
They also now have gluten free pizza crust too which actually tastes good!
When you go get their punch card — you get a stamp for every lunch and a free lunch after ten paid!

Although the burgers were OK they were overcooked. They clean up after you but you have order and pick up at the counter. All this equals no tip.
The fries were large steak fries and as they cooled it became apparent that they tasted lame.

Stopped here on way back through Jacksonville with family. Fast service, good food and decent prices.
Tried the burgers and pizza. Both were good.

The Loop is my go-​to when I want a burger. This parking lot gets crazy busy at lunch time (so many options in a tiny, hard to navigate parking lot!) so you’re better off going in late (I was here around 3 and it was dead). The food is great, as you’d expect from the Loop, and the service is petty good too. No real complaints outside of the parking lot. The TV was a little loud for my taste (maybe because it was so empty when I was there) but the food is worth it. My favorites are a loop burger with fries or the chicken Caesar wrap with tomato soup.

I had the loop ‘n swiss burger and the spicy barbeque chicken pizza. I would recommend the loop ‘n swiss burger but I would NOT recommend the spicy barbeque chicken pizza.
The loop ‘n swiss burger was only $ 7.59 and tasted like a very quality burger. I enjoyed it and would order it again.
The spicy barbeque chicken pizza was not tasty. The sauce was not well-​made and the chicken was rubbery.
This is a causal lunch spot (multiple locations around town — I’ve eaten at three of them and have not found a difference).
