Seven Seas Crab House

Haven’t been to the spot yet looks good me and my family will be making a trip to Jacksonville to check this seafood place I just hope I won’t be disappointed. 1 star cuz I haven’t been there yet

Place doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s what’s on the inside that counts anyway right lol. The food was great, owner was really nice and accommodating (pulled a table inside so we didn’t have to eat outside in the cold. Will definitely be going back when I’m in the area.

Went there for the first time. The owner was great. Customer service was excellent and the seafood… There are no words that can describe it… It was delicious and will definitely be a weekly customer

The best garlic grab trays in Jax. The signature seasoning is so awesome!!! The staff is friendly and all around great people!!! Everything is Fresh! Totally recommend this place to all seafood lovers!

I thought I left the crab kegs out too long and that’s why they got cold but after reading the other reviews, it seems they serve them cold? I’ll have to come again to make my own assessment but that would definitely make me edit to drop a star. The garlic sauce on the crab is delicious, but far too salty. Trust me guys, this small improvement would make such a huge difference since crab legs are already naturally salty on their own. My other complaint is WAY too much sauce — DRENCHED. No problem, I’ll just ask for less next time.
Fried oyster and shrimp platter was awesome but the okra got soggy too fast because of the unecessarily thick breading on it. I def think that recipe could use a little tweaking… Fried blue crab was yummy, and it was my first time ever trying it this way. I gotta say I prefer them boiled though.
The staff was super friendly and let me sample their crawfish. If this isn’t obvious to everyone, live crawfish can pretty much only be found in Louisiana and Texas. The flavor was okay but as someone who eats a LOT of crawfish, the difference between live and pre-​frozen is obvious to me. They never tried to lie about it which I appreciate because I would have been able to tell right away.

The customer service is great, however the food was not fresh. The owner serve platter pre cooked from freezer. The plates are ice cold with butter on top. I was so upset driving 3 hours for seafood. The owner does not give warning in advance. He states people pay with EBT so the food is served cold. I paid cash and my platter was ice cold. Do not go there if u want HOT FRESH seafood. The crab platters are served cold. Do not waist your time… Seriously do not go

I love this place. Excellent customer service. The seafood is delicious… best crab trays in jax. Oh. don’t forget to get your card. so you can earn points & get free crab cakes. Fired… streamed. whatever you like. They will satisfy your seafood cravings.

Very good customer service, very pleasant employees. I’m from south Florida definitely a recommended place to stop by when in town…

Great food. I like it here. My wife liked the shrimp and crab legs. The garlic sauce on the boiled egg and potato is what I liked. I would eat here again. I would suggest this place to my friends

Amazing customer service and great food. Restaurant is very clean and the visual of the trays you get are awesome. Located in a great location so you do not have to look around for it. It is worth penny. Whenever I am back home in Jacksonville, this will be my number one spot. Thank you for a great experience

Well I couldn’t eat my crab leg plate cause the guy put way too much of the yellow sauce on it. I’m pretty sure the crab leg would of been great. Very sloppy eating

Fantastic! First off the owners are extremely nice. Customer service in general is top notch. They never rush you and answer any and all questions you may have. I have seen them treat everyone, from all walks of life with respect. They take pride in what they do. I have been going to this restaurant since before they moved to this location. Thee best snow crab trays, shrimp trays and real crab cakes! I love this place. And even though I no longer live in Jax, anytime I’m within an hour of the place I try to stop by. Their sauces and seasoning are delicious. and they are overly generous with them too! Not stingy at all! Oh and I also love the garlic eggs! Yummy! Oh and their prices are very good, especially for the freshness and amount they give you. I wish them continued success!

I saw this sandwich on Facebook or something and it looked really good. Wrong answer. The fish was cooked well I guess but it still had the skin on it. That is so wrong in many many ways. I did hear a ding and then my food came out. So if you like fish skin and all this is your place it’s just not mine.
