Just what we wanted. Chicken tenders and steamed veggies were cooked perfectly for our son. The pizza was full of flavor, and the salad was cold, crispy and complemented the pizza perfectly. Good food, server was super friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!

Five stars for customer service. Probably the best waiter that we’ve had in a while. Our server was friendly, attentive, gave excellent recommendations, and answered all of our questions. Tasty pizza. This is a thin crust that is cut into squares. I dig the corner slices. All of their meats are crumbled except the pepperoni and the chicken. Boiled peanuts(you can order boiled peanuts here ya’ll) and garlic bread are worth ordering also. And absolutely get yourself an elephant ear for dessert. Nom nom nom.

I have only been here once, & I’ll definitely be returning! The chicken fingers have a unique batter… so yummy!

We have dined here three times. I enjoyed every meal I have ordered. I am gluten sensitive, so I tried the veggie gluten free crust pizza. It was really tasty! The sauce on the pizza was very good and had just enough to taste but not overpower. The service is friendly and attentive. The boneless wings my husband ordered are heavily breaded and look more like nuggets. If they offered a non-breaded boneless wing I would be willing to try that. Not too spicy please.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, good customer service and of course awesome food! Ive had the clubhouse grill twice. It is excellent and their honey mustard is the best I’ve ever had. Daughter likes the pizza. Hubby had the mahi wrap and it was delicious! Love the art there too!

This has to be saddest take out pizza ever! Got it home opened the box and several slices were bread only, minimal cheese and 12 pieces of sausage… I counted. This used to be my go to for take out pizza, I’m very sad now

I don’t know what I expected, but it was not the experience I received. Admittedly I did not research this restaurant and went on a friend recommendation, but I was disappointed. The waiter was less than experienced, though very nice. The food was poorly prepared; my rice bowl was undercooked and had little to no flavor. Kids were running around and yelling during the meal… one of my pet peeves. I raised two children and not once we’re they allowed out of their chairs until it was time to leave…(insert parenting rant here.) If the food had been fine, I would consider going back, but I will have to pass.

One of our go-to restaurants! Fun, friendly atmosphere! Great pizza, the crust is the best part! Also, the Elephant Burger is delicious! Gotta love the boiled peanuts, too!!! Just stay away from the coleslaw!

Pretty good pizza. We’ve tried a few different specialty pizzas, the artichoke dip app, chocolate cake, elephant ears, and the blue elephant drink. All are pretty good. I’m not crazy about the amount of sage or spice in the sausage. Our first server, Zach, was awesome. It seems like the service can be pretty hit or miss though, recently we went during happy hour and our waitress disappeared to text on her phone. By the time she got back happy hour was over.

I have been coming to red elephant since the San Jose Blvd location opened. I enjoy the variety of items that they have on the menu and I’ve never really had a bad meal here. I came here for dinner tonight with a friend. I ordered the boneless wings with medium sauce and a side salad. The wings were good but not saucy enough for me. My side salad was filled with brown lettuce so I did not eat it. I’ve had better meals here before so I was little disappointed but not enough to steer me away from this restaurant. The service was so-so. Our waitress seemed like she was annoyed with our table and rarely came by to provide drink refills. Then when we were ready to go and paying the check, she started being really nice. On the upside, my salad was comped because I told our waitress about the salad being bad. I also had a last minute to go order and it came out pretty fast which I was happy about. Normally I don’t have a somewhat bad experience at Red Elephant but tonight was a little strange. Hopefully the next time I go it will be better like it normally is.

One of the best burgers in Jacksonville. If you haven’t had the elephant burger with onion rings you are missing out. The horseradish sauce that comes with the onion rings is phenomenal. Service wise, I really like that they hire younger people(high school to college). It’s good to see a restaurant give the younger generation a chance. The servers have always been nice and accommodating.

I been coming here for the past few years and everything I try is very good. The pizza, wings, and pasta is all delicious! I have not tried their salad but my mother loves it. Even the alcoholic drinks are tasty. Great atmosphere and great food. You can’t go wrong

Decent enough of a place. I’ve been here a few times. The food is ok, but seems to be a bit overcooked. On the last time, we had some issues with getting the attention of our waitress. Good variety on the menu.

Red elephant provides such a delicious variety of favorites that it is hard to chose! I am a creature of habit so I usually get the garden pizza. I love the way the veggies work synergistically with the crispy crust to invigorate my taste buds. I love the loaded fries and cheesy garlic bread for starters. The burger has to be the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. Love the grilled brown bun! I’ve had the blackened chicken and ya ya pasta and love them both. Overall this place is great with many more menu items that I have yet to try and wonder if I will because I already have so many favorites here.

Red Elephant Pizza and Grill is catered to people of all ages. It has a video game room for the kids to enjoy and LCD/Plasma televisions for the adults to watch sports. It has a nice open layout and the décor is not overwhelming. Actually, I like their décor. The place is very clean too. My son and I ordered the 8-piece traditional wings with medium sauce and a medium pepperoni pizza which feeds 2 – 3. The chicken wings were crispy just the way we like it. The pizza was crispy too and tasted great. Food was enough for the both of us. I purchased a $ 20 value Groupon for $ 10 and the total out of pocket = $ 11.25. Great deal for a dinner for 2! The service was excellent. Our server was accommodating and on-point. He’s available when needed. We will be back.

I thought this place would be pretty decent, but I was mistaken. It was just subpar. Nothing terrible, but nothing really great either. The décor is more family oriented with childish drawing for art. The red and green colors did not compliment each other at all. The seat cushions were so badly torn/cracked — clearly needs to be replaced. The plates were very dirty — I ate my appetizer out of the bowl it was put on instead of the side plates given to us — yuck! All of the condiments(cheese, pepper, salt etc) were empty at the table. We put them at the end of our table as a clue to fill the empty bottles, but after our waiter came over 3 times, we figured we would polite ask. The boneless wings were BLAH. The pizza was actually pretty good though. We ordered the elephant classic. It was served hot(which is a plus) and looked really good. It tasted pretty good but I was not a fan with the crust. I honestly think it’s more my opinion/taste than anything negative with the establishment. Which is why I gave it 2 stars. The waiter we had was a dud. He just went through the motions and was not engaging or very pleasant at all. Maybe he was upset he had to work on a Sunday afternoon? I don’t know. Sadly, I’m just not impressed at all. It could’ve been a major hit, but it missed the bill.

Not sure how I have avoided this place for so long. A group of us met up here before they went bowling. Glad we did! We started with the Loaded Fries, and I am in love! Cheese, bacon, spicy ranch, and chopped jalapenos. What more could you ask for? The size was perfect for our smallish-group, and I took the leftovers home(what luck?). :) I ordered the Margherita Chicken Pizza to share, and was equally blown away. I thought I would not like the tomato slices instead of chopped tomatoes, but I was wrong… I mean mistaken. Everything about this pizza was great. Even the amorphous blob that the dough was in demonstrated that it was hand-rolled/tossed and that they were more concerned about taste than appearance(not that it looked bad, it just wasn’t the perfect circle you get from most places. The bar selection is okay, and that is about the only thing I would change – get some craft brews and step outside of the normal selection! Bottom line: I will be back, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there!

I thoroughly enjoyed the the elephant pizza.(no mushroom or sausage added pineapple.) I have to rate the experience 5 stars, I was expecting good pizza and I got it. First bite I took i noticed It is a bit different from regular chain pizza. The crust is nice and kinda fluffy, the sauce is flavorful and the toppings are fresh. Elephant ears reminded me of some I had at Navy pier in Chicago as a kid. I’ll definitely go back to this establishment.

Nice little family affordable pizza place. I went here when my favorite Picasso Pizza was closed for New Year’s Day. They have big booths and even a little bar area with TVs The waiter was very peppy and attentive, we ordered cheese fries which were honestly the best cheese fries I’ve had in a long time! Ordered pizza. The pizza is ok. It’s better than papa johns or dominoes– but it’s not Picasso’s. Also pretty cheap. We had two sodas, a large pizza, and cheese fries for $ 30.
