On July 3, 2015 PJs Catering provided the catering to the IMAX World Golf Villiage event. It was HORRIBLE. The cole slaw was not in a chilled chaffing dish and was room temperature. The baked beans, chicken and pulled pork were not in heated chaffing dishes and were cold. Everything tasted like it was fresh from the SYSCO truck. They ran out of unsweet tea about 30 minutes into a 90 minute event. At one point I witnessed on of the PJs Catering staff reach into the chicken chaffing dish and take out two pieces of chicken. He then ate them while standing at the serving line. Not a gloved hand in sight. NOT a good representation for any company.
