I used A1 Catering for a corporate event in Jacksonville. I did everything remotely, as I work out of our North Carolina office and wasn’t able to attend the event. AJ was easy to work with, flexible with the menu selection, and offered suggestions for local rental companies and a wine store. He coordinated the rentals and the food and all I heard was positive things about the entire event. I wasn’t able to taste the food but it looked delicious from the pictures I was sent, the guests even extended their stay by 45-​minutes to stick around. I’d recommend using A1, and will use them again if I have another event in the Florida region.

They first delivered the food to the wrong location so it ended up being 30 minutes late. Then they didn’t provide enough utensils for 20 people, they only brought 10 plates, cups, etc. The food was okay, nothing outstanding. And be sure to clarify all details because they only gave us two 1 gallon teas and 1 salad dressing option, which I didn’t like when I ordered food for such a large group… To end on a semi good note, the desserts were pretty good but I won’t be ordering from them again.

I have never tasted such low quality food. we have the food delivered to a research study, the rice is hard and gross. omg the food is horrible. how can you go wrong with corn. its such a cheap quality .the only thing is ok is the chipotle chicken. A.1 realy need better food .the rice is a boil in bag that’s under cook. the truck they carry the food in is rusty and cheap looking. that should tell you, what the food will taste like. don’t eat the food. and the side saled sometimes have little nats in it. just because you have the contract with the facility, don’t just throw us anything. that chicken parmesan is gross, everything I tast from there is gross. the chipotle chicken, is okay. please get it together.

We had a party at our home for 50 people, the food was excellent and delivered on time as ordered. Our guests raved about the food especially the sliders, the crab cakes and the chicken cordon bleu. After frustrations with service and pricing from another caterer, I called Taylor at A1 and she was so sweet and helpful, walked me though the entire process. I highly recommend them.

A-​1 Catering provided delicious food at a very affordable price. We called the DAY BEFORE our event and they were ready to help. Bourbon chicken, beef tips, mashed, 2 salads, rolls and desserts to die for! Will be using them again for sure.

A1 Catering provided an incredible experience for our group of 150+ for the Georgia/​Florida Game this Year in Jacksonville. Had a great set of foods at a very affordable price. Amazing service led by AJ and his crew. Big thank you to everyone who helped us have a great tailgate! Thanks again and I definitely recommend everyone using them for your next event
