I love Once Upon A Child. This location has a great selection of clothes. I recently visited to find a birthday outfit for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and had the best luck finding a jumper that matched her birthday theme. I also purchased a Nike shirt for $ 4.50 — the original price tag we still on it ($ 17!). The clothes are well organized by size and gender.
I have two complaints about this store: The quality of shoes they put out for sale and the associates. I have purchased sneakers here for my daughter with no issue, and I recently visited to find sandals. I found pairs that were cracked and frayed — horrible quality for consignment. The associates are not the friendliest. Maybe I visit too late in the day and everyone’s crabby, but I’ve never received stellar customer service.
I come here for the great prices on clothing. You can’t beat them.

I loved Once Upon a Child when I lived in Florida. Kids grow FAST! They constantly need new clothing, especially when they are infants and newborns. Once Upon A Child was so fun to visit, and so reasonably priced, they even buy your items at decent prices! I highly recommend checking it out. The staff was always really helpful, clothes were in great condition and it smelled amazing in there.

They have a ton of great stuff however the staff could be much more willing to help. I asked if they had batteries for a bouncer I wanted to test before I purchased it and the person helping me was very short and rolled her eyes a lot when I asked. Sorry but I’m going to make sure the product is something I want before purchasing. Turns out it was not since it did not vibrate. I would try a different location before coming here if you want to test anything first.

I have been in some Once Upon a Child’s stores and they were so — so. This one is large and clean. The merchandise is in very good shape and the prices are reasonable for consignment clothes for kids. I kept trying to get my 8yr old to look at some things, but she insisted that she was too old for this baby store.
It does cater to the 6 and under crowd, but if you have a willing kid, they do offer a few items for the older group.
