I came here for my son because he wasn’t feeling well. We were greeted with a smiling face. She was busy but still smiling. I signed in at 9:30AM. At 10:00AM they told me that the did not accept my insurance. I think that I should’ve been notified of this when my insurance card was collected(at the time that I signed in). The staff needs to work on their time with addressing patients’ needs and checking them in. Insurance verification should be done right away. Not when you are ready to call someone back.
