Mattress Firm St Johns Town Center

Hamza was a great help and very knowledgeable! There is a great selection and getting the mattress delivered is very easy. The store will price match competitors and I will absolutely purchase from here again!

Chi is the saleswoman who runs this particular Mattress Firm. I first met her a little over a year ago when I began my initial search for a new mattress and wandered in here. She is absolutely wonderful!
I can promise you she will not pressure you whatsoever. There are many people who sell mattress who are as bad as or worse than car salesmen. She will find you the absolute best deal she can and she will work hard to find the mattress that is the perfect fit for you. She also really knows her stuff. There’s not a mattress in that store that she can’t give you every detail about. If she doesn’t have the perfect mattress for you in her store, then she will research all the other stores to find that perfect fit.
Unfortunately, a year ago, our credit wasn’t quite as good as it is now, so we didn’t qualify and I was unable to make a purchase. The good news is, Chi and I really hit it off and became fast friends. We still keep in touch to this day.
I did just make a purchase from the Mattress Firm Clearance Center in Orange Park which was delivered today. I didn’t go to Chi because the mattresses in her store were a little of out my budget. I talked to her after I made the purchase, and it turns out she could have sold one from the Clearance Center. I feel like I cheated on her — shame on me!
At any rate, if you need a mattress, go see Chi. She absolutely will not screw you over. Tell her I sent you!
