Mattress Firm Roosevelt Square

We bought our tempur pedic cloud breeze bed after months of considering a new bed. We went in not knowing what to expect as we had not purchased a new bed in nearly 15 years. We didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a bed, we were still under the impression that we could get a decent king size mattress and box spring set for under $ 1000, but after visiting several different mattress stores we decided if we wanted a good bed to last us another 15 years we would need to consider spending a little more. The options out there are completely overwhelming and most of the salespeople we had come across we less than helpful and some were extremely pushy.
That is until we came across the mattress firm in the Roosevelt shopping plaza. After spending the afternoon doing some weekend shopping we stopped for lunch at the metro diner on Roosevelt and decided to wander in to see their selection (with no intention of purchasing a bed that day) we met a nice young lady who introduced herself as Cassie she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. She was very knowledgeable, kind and she asked a lot of questions about our needs. She obviously listened because within 10 mins and after a quick run through their color coded comfort center she gave a list of 3 beds she wanted to try first based off of what we had told her.
We really liked all of the choices she gave us but when we went to the tempur pedic, which we had heard in the past were hot beds, she reassured us that these beds are among the coolest in temperature you could buy. This was a major concern of ours as my husband is an extremely hot person.
She put us on the cloud breeze bed and we instantly fell in love! She hit the nail on the head. We were a little concerned about the price but she told us that we could apply for their interest free financing and she broke the price down into payments that were more than comfortable for our budget and we got the bed delivered the next day! We could have gone with one of the less expensive models she showed us but this was and is the bed for us! We are so glad we stopped in!
We love our bed! We love the amazing service we received at this mattress firm location and we will be back for our sons bed as well as our guest bed in the very near future!
If you stop by this location ask for Cassie and give her any information you can about what you might want or need and I can almost guarantee that she will find you what you need in a comfortable price or payment plan.
