Jax Fed looks like they have found away to delete comments. I went into Jax Federal and I gave them my money. At the end of the transaction the teller told me, «O, you are welcome.» Banks give nothing to costumers, at the end of every transaction the teller should say «Thank You» to ever costumer.
Delete my comment again, I will post it again.

I don’t understand why this Credit Union only has one star. They are my secondary credit union. They have helped me so very much with so many things. Pam and Ciara always know my name by heart. I truly love this Credit Union. If I had not been with my primary CU for so long, I would switch to Jax Fed C.U. I do most of my banking at the location on the ground floor of the Charles E. Bennett Federal Building. I work in this bldg. It is so convenient to come down on my breaks. I highly recommend this CU to anyone I know or care about.
