The process is effective, but overpriced. The medical staff is knowledgeable, but the administration is horrific. The person doing my consultation, Elizabeth lied to me and told me whatever I wanted to hear to get me to sign up. The majority of people I have talked to have been completely unhelpful. They are untrustworthy and poorly run. Save your money go elsewhere.

What a waste of my time! Please shop around first before throwing your money down the drain on laser hair removal at this place. They require a consultation in person/​with appointment. I planned my whole Saturday around this appointment and was planning on getting my first treatment. If I had only known their «50% off sale» price for brazilian would still cost more than TWICE as much as everyone else!!! Had it done several yrs back and just needed touch ups. They charge nearly 900 bucks a session! What a joke

I absolutely love this place, their staff, nurses, and the results I have received. I’m on my 4^th treatment with 5 more to go. Each appt is scheduled 8 – 10 weeks apart. Since I started, I have shaved a total of 8 times in around 7 months or so. That’s insanely AWESOME! The whole reason I got this done was because I had to shave every single day under my arms and still had that 5 o’clock shadow. I also get my legs and bikini area done and couldn’t feel more comfortable with the nurses due to their level of professionalism.

The always thorough and efficient staff makes appointments as quick as possible, and they’re very kind. They helped me optimize the numbing cream for my low pain tolerance. I appreciate their ability to adjust for crazy work schedules while running a very efficient business. Oh, and not having body hair is fantastic too!

Love this place. First of all, there is no shame in my upper lip hair (thank you genetics!!) but there is in keeping it! I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They make it very easy to pay for the service to include finance options or pay as you go.
I really love the spa like feel in this wonderful location. The staff is always polite and friendly. The specialists are all knowledgable and many of them are registered nurses that can offer advice.

I had what I thought was «laser hair removal» at a Medspa in town with zero results. The Doctor told me that it was me and that I would just need some more treatments. I wasn’t really convinced he knew what he was talking about because I was 6 treatments in and had thrown thousands of dollars down the drain. I was soooooo sick of shaving and bumps and all kinds of irritation.
I received my first treatment at Ideal Image in 2009. I was hooked. I could tell the difference immediately. Every time I came in for a treatment, I purchased another body area. At some point I knew it was time to ask for an application! I have worked for Ideal Image for almost three years now and I am so happy to be doing something I love and something I can really stand behind.
Do not waste your time and money on fly by night, mom and pops laser hair removal places that take your money and run or even worse, damage your skin. This is your body and your hard earned money to think about. Let me be your cautionary tale. Come to Ideal Image and be truly informed before making a decision.

I am really blessed to have found Ideal Image. A coworker recommended them to me last year. On my first visit I was greeted by smiling faces and kisses (Hershey’s that is). The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The treatment itself does hurt a little but it immediately subsides. The results are amazing. After my first treatment the hair that did grow back was noticeably finer. I have very sensitive skin that scars very easily and I’ve noticed a lightening of those areas as well!
Did I mention the staff is superb? Give me a try if you have an area that looks so much better sans hair!
