This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment and when I showed up they were closed. I called three times and left voice messages and as sent an email as well.
Gabbie emailed me significantly later and told me the office was closed and that my appointment was for the following week. This was absolutely not true because I know I had no availability the following week as I was starting a new job.
She did not even extend me the courteous of a return phone call. Additionally, they never answer there phones. I drove 20 miles to get to their location and they made legitimate attempt to make things right.
If they can’t handle something as simple as scheduling accurately and professionally, I would never have confidence in the technical ability. Board certified or not.
Would have given them a minus star if I could.
