Humphrey Heating & Air Conditioning

These people saved my life! Ok that may be a little melodramatic for a heating and AC review but they did fix our air conditioning which in turn probably saved someone else’s life!
Seriously though, I had to make a weekend emergency call and they were quick to respond when the heat level in my house mirrored that of the outside temperature yesterday. 90 degrees in the hizzy is not a good feeling.
They came out first thing in the morning and replaced our capacitor and all is right with the world. Our tech even gave us a few tips and tricks for future maintenance.
I will use these guys for all of my heating and AC maintenance and I will definitely refer them to anyone I come across who may need their services.
Our technician Christopher was kind, patient, professional and had a great sense of humor which made the best of an otherwise uncomfortable situation.
As I sit in my chilled house and happily write this review I want you all to know just how thankful I am for their fast, courteous and professional service.

We’ve been using Humphrey ever since we moved into this house five years ago and we’ve only had one small problem (one time they were running behind on scheduled service calls and failed to call us to tell us, so we only found out when WE called). Otherwise, everything has been peachy. They show up when they say they’re going to (well, minus that one time), they are nice, they haven’t tried to gouge us on anything, and when something out of the ordinary happens, they take care of it (we had a major service issue the day after we had an all-​clear checkup, and they didn’t charge us a second service fee). We would definitely recommend them.
