Collins Welding Service

First of all, let me say that Tommy and his crew at Collins Welding are fantastic, salt if the earth type of folks. I took my 2006 Ford Escape in to have a trailer hitch installed. I went to 3 other shops before I was referred to Collins Welding. All were either unable of unwilling to install the hitch or make the required modifications. Creative in how problems are solved and solution oriented, Tommy looked at my issue and intuitively knew what needed to be done. Tommy came in on Saturday to complete the install. He made the necessary modifications, installed and wired the hitch. The whole time I was looking over his shoulder as he explained what he was doing and chatted me up like we were old friends. I could not be happier with the service I received.
The price was very reasonable. I was unable to find it cheaper anywhere else.
The shop is older with few comforts and tools all over, but everything is in its place. It’s truly a place where work gets done. Highly recommended for anyone that needs trailer/​hitch work, modifications or fabrications. You won’t be disappointed.
